I'm impressed. I'm not going to invalidate all the negative reviews (I worked a PJ's for many years, so I believe all of you). HOWEVER, my order was easily placed and ready for me when I got there, still hot. It was beautiful. Perfect crust, good topping ratio, well cooked, and neatly cut. Delicious, too. Leah helped me and she was polite, friendly, and efficient. Five stars for Leah!!! I think I might order PJ more often.

These guys are awesome! Delicious! There are lots of pizza places around, but the alpharetta papajohn's is who you need to order from.
The customer service is terrible, I placed an order for pick up and when I arrived they told me I had to wait 40 minutes to complete it, I canceled the order and they never gave me my money

I recently experienced the worst Papa John’s location and team. Upon calling to address a concern about my order, I was met with a defensive and unprofessional response from the manager, who seemed to enjoy yelling and being a jerk instead of listening. I expressed my disappointment with the lackluster level of customer service exhibited during this interaction.His reasoning for his blatant disrespect was because “I only ordered from this location once”. Regardless of the number of times — I've ordered from various Papa John's locations over the years as a member, the manager's response was not reflective of the professionalism I have come to expect. Moreover, the dismissive comment about my order history was unnecessary and did not contribute to resolving the issue at hand.I also encountered challenges with the delivery service, as the driver barely communicated and the overall team seemed to lack proper training. Tipping the driver was a gesture of goodwill, but the experience left nothing to be desired.To further exacerbate the situation, the manager hung up on me without attempting to find a resolution. I believe that effective communication is key in customer service, and the way the call was handled was both unprofessional and quite embarrassing for someone calling themselves a “leader”. If Papa John’s is relying on him to lead the team and keep frequent customers I suggest they make some changes.I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of willingness to address and resolve the issue leaves me with a sense of frustration. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider implementing additional training to ensure a more positive customer experience in the future. When customers call they expect to speak with a professional ADULT not a 12 year old child yelling over other and incapable of handling criticism or confrontation.DO BETTER! ACT YOUR AGE!

I have been having this store deliver to me for over 8 years. I tried ordering deliver today and had this store plus 2 others 12890 Highway 9 and 5665 Highway 9 all with in five miles of me tell me that I am not in their delivery area.So instead I enjoyed a nice Domino's Pizza as Domino's was happy to deliver to me.It looks like their corporate office is a little better at customer service than their individual stores. I wrote an email to the CEO of Papa Johns and their Senior Director of Operations has emailed me back that they are working on the issue.
