We have been to Pho Town twice now and each time the restaurant was immaculate. I don't think I have ever been to a restaurant that was cleaner than this one.My husband and I got the Pho Tai (our own bowls). I'm glad we did because it was too delicious to share! The broth was perfect, the meat was cooked to perfection, the amount of herbs/spices was great. 10/10!! Wow! Their broth is so good.Authentic Vietnamese for sure. Even the pickled carrots are home made!Pictured: the short rib Cóm plate/ extra pickled carrots, and a side of beef broth

I was looking for Super Pho but the restaurant is now PhoTown. Had the veggie pho which is good. But price is pretty steep at $16 for a medium bowl. The service is excellent though.
