Ordered a pizza & went inside to pick it up. The lady said the pizza was almost ready, that it was currently being cut, and she would bring it out to us when it was ready. I told her what type of car we were in & the color. 20 mins later we go inside to check & the pizza had just been sitting in the heat warmer for who knows how long. And just to make it the worse the lady had the nerve to give US the attitude.

So I had an interesting experience with this pizza hut that I have to share because it's a sterling example of good customer service overcoming a failed process/error. An issue with the delivery tracker on the corporate app had me thinking I'd get delivery in 35 min when real wait time was 1.5 hours. I was not thrilled but it wasnt the stores fault. But even still the driver Francios was so apologetic and kind, and the manager even called back after my first call to make sure everything was alright, this kind of effort shouldnt go unnoticed. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

I have ate at alot pizza huts around the nation as i travel for work. This is the worst food and service that i have ever ate. there is a review on here that says food is dry people are dry and that pretty much somes up this place

Ordering pizza online for "contactless" pickup from this location?DON"T COUNT ON IT!Plan instead to encounter RUDE, APATHETIC employees that DON"T WEAR THEIR MASKS.Ironically, the pizza wasn't bad. Pizza Hut is doing a better job with their "thinner, crispier" crust but this store and its employees clearly don't want to be bothered helping customers or following the rules.

I usually order from this place and the service was good but recently they “can never find my apt”. Second time this has happen and im definitely not going to order from them ever again!!! I tried picking up my pizza and they refused telling me it was cancel. I can obviously pick it up my self but you refuse to let me pick it up and all I get is im sorry!!! Bad customer service.

The one star is for the quality of the pizza. 0 stars is for the service. I placed an order online and pulled up to the store. For contactless delivery, I texted the number with my car information and they said they'd be right out. A woman comes outside and yells at me asking who I'm picking up for. I tell her my name and she drops the pizza on the hood of my car and walks away. I was appalled. I couldn't believe how rude she was. I understand the times we're in and how covid has affected our lives but her demeanor didn't make receiving my pizza any better and actions were uncalled for. I will never come back to this location again.

I am shocked. They offer so called Contactless "curbside pickup" and encourage customers to pay online to avoid any contact. So we arrived, parked at the slot available not far from the entrance, I texted as per instruction and realized that a woman not wearing a mask walking right towards my car shouting something. I went out and was almost shouted at, she said next time I must have parked right in front of their door (no instructions about that!) at a slot for disabled so that they can see me. Next she approached me really close and handed me a pen to sigh for my order. It's not only that they haven't heard anything about courtesy, they break parking rules, they break any promises regarding contactless pickup. They don't wear maks. For sure there will be no next time for me.

I order from this place often as it is very near to my house and they are always fast and bring good food. The delivery drivers are always clean and neat and nice and well spoken. Sense we have been quarantined I have been ordering from them and utilizing their contactless delivery. It seems to have been seamless for them as they have continued their high level of customer service and their fast speed of delivery. Thank you for staying open during this crazy time and thank you for feeding our family.

Say they offer contactless, THIS IS NOT TRUE. Chose the option online yet still the driver is a foot from my door. He even asked me to sign a receipt after I told him to stay back. Unbelievable ignorance.

We haven't ordered Pizza Hut in a while, but we decided we were in the mood for it rather than our usual Jet's Pizza. I am from the city where Jet's started so I am partial to them, but my wife and daughter love Pizza Hut. I have to say everything was PERFECT on this delivery. I am a tough critic when it comes to Pizza, but you all nailed it this time around. Delivery was promptly here, dropped off on the porch like we asked and it was all delivered inside a large clear bag for safety during this challenging time we are facing. The great news is this bag kept ALL the heat in and the pizza looked and tasted like it was straight out of the oven when we received it. Now let's talk about the pizza, by far the BEST I have had from Pizza Hut in the 36 years I have been alive. Perfect amount of ingredients, great amount of cheese which is a sticking point for me and it was cooked perfectly. Whomever made these pizzas on 4/6 at around 5:30pm deserves a medal, it was so good you could put it in a frame and market it. After looking at it and taking one bit my wife said, "We have to give them feedback on how great this is" so we left a survey through Pizza Hut, but I feel they deserve a Google Review for this too. Well done on your part and please pass our kudos along to your team and ESPECIALLY whomever made our order!

The worst Pizza Hut I've ever been in When we got there they had two pizzas some breadsticks and macaroni and cheese. The salad bar had all the veggies in it looking like they were from the day before some of them were brown. When I asked if they were coming out with some pizza maybe something with vegetables on it because my wife can't eat meat the supervisor said she didn't know what was coming next. We waited for more than a half hour she came out with three thin crust pizza 2 that were identical to what was there when we walked in. Again when we asked if we could have something with vegetables she said no we don't do special orders so we left. We had to ring a bell to get her when we first came and when we left to pay. Wish I could get my money back as we we're ripped off !!!

She’s said I can sit if I want but she didn’t have anyone to wait on me so I was going to have to order right there, with a bit of a tude. No menu in sight. I said “ok, thank you,” and left.

Food dry, cashier dry, ppl were digging out dried up pasta. Cashier not friendly, waited to ask for refill too long. I won’t be back. Only ate 2 slices not a good selection on the bar. Salad bar looked bad too.
