I ordered pizza at 2:08 pm today, it is 3:57 pm right now and the pizza is not yet delivered. I was told by customer service that they cant cancel the order as the pizza is on the way, what a poor service!! I am not going to use pizza hut service anymore.

I decided to do a 3-way pizza showdown between Pizza Hut, Domino's, and Papa John's. Here are the results...The first question I had to ask myself was what kind of pizza would I order to truly test each of these chains. I decided on supreme pizzas for two reasons: 1. Because I love supreme pizza. 2. Because it'll give each restaurant the chance to show off it's ingredients. I placed each order using each restaurant's own app, I wanted to make sure they all had the chance to use their own technology. As far as the ordering process through the apps, they were all pretty similar, maybe a small edge going to Pizza Hut for the user interface.Before we get to the actual pizzas, I have to mention delivery times. Domino's and Papa John's both got to my house in around 20 minutes - not bad at all! But Pizza Hut on the other hand took an hour and 3 minutes. For real, that was really disappointing. I was shocked how bad Pizza Hut was at delivery. Now for the results of the pizzas... Domino's:Overall tasted like what I would expect from a pizza restaurant. Crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings were solid and little overall heaviness and a tad messy - that's not a bad thing. I enjoyed this pizza the most out of the 3.Papa John's:The crust, sauce, and cheese reminded me more of a grocery store pizza than a pizza restaurant. But the toppings themselves were higher quality than the other two. It was a close second, but Papa John's landed in the #2 spot just behind Domino's. Bonus points for the pepperoncini and complimentary garlic sauce.Pizza Hut:I went with their Original Pan crust because they told me it was their "Most Popular" in the app and I like pan style crust. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the texture of the crust. It was way to thick and bread-y and I usually like a thick crust, but the ratio of bread to toppings was way off. It was just more like bread than pizza dough. I really couldn't get past that, I don't even remember the rest of it. Overall this was easiest the worst of the 3 pizzas.

The crew at this Pizza Hut is awesome. Plenty of toppings on the pizza, it was ready in 15 minutes, and piping hot when I got it. They gave us plenty of Parmesan and crushed red pepper. Everything you can hope for when you order pizza!

We had not ordered from this location for a couple of years so we thought we would try again, wrong! Still got the wrong pizza and when I called to let them know they wanted me to bring the pizza back so they could I guess remake it. at that point our family had already come over and had eaten the pizza but they did not try to make it right. We are through ordering from this location. Beware.

two days ago was the first time we came to that fine restaurant. But It is obviously not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the good service, with the superb meal and wine and with the honest charge. We will absolutely visit there again.
I used to work here. I love it ik how we make the pizzas. Its the customers that take it ever so salty because either a) they're not patient. B) they cant look at us as robots and expect the most . C) they get here late so the pizza is kind hard

I placed an order for my grandchildren: YOUR ORDER - 3190810132813001413025682 Placed on August 10 at 2:28 PM 1 Large Cheesy Bites Pizza Side 1 Ingredients: Classic Marinara, EXTRA Cheese (Extra Charge Applies) Side 2 Ingredients: Classic Marinara, Bacon, EXTRA Cheese (Extra Charge Applies) 2 Ranch 1 12 Piece - Lemon Pepper Dry Rub - Traditional Bone-In Delivery Instructions: Order Total: $42.42 The pizza looked like the driver stopped and it flew across the back seat. I originally called the store because they we 15 minutes late, but the driver was in such a hurry to leave before I could check the contents of the pizza box. I called the store and they were kind enough to reimburse me for the pizza, but I can't say that I will order from here again.

If you like Pizzahut then you are stuck with this one in "fake Alpharetta." I say fake because it is on the Forsyth county side. The location is shoved next do to a gas station. You may want to lock your doors when you run in for you pie, as this is the gas station where you pick up your day laborers too. The food is always hit or miss here. Sometimes you get a good pizza other times you question why you didn't just pick up a Digigorno. The preparation is lacking and I get pizza that is more crust than anything else, but at least the pizza portion tastes alright.

Very slow delivery. My order was delivered 30 mins late from the given delivery time and the delivery guy did not apologize Up on call5the store, they too didnt care enough and just said "your order will be there" I wouldn't order from this location again.
