Just RUDENESS and SLOW service period if the employee doesn't want to serve the public then any type of food service job isn't for them pls find a janitorial job where u don't have to greet and serve customers...Management pls address the issue of nonchalant (down right rudeness) attitude w/ employees towards customers....

This is probably the worst place of business i've ever been to. I ordered a chocolate elvis and it was the worst tasting smoothie i've ever tasted. It was just ice and cocoa powder. We waited 15 mins because one of the employees was too busy texting on their phone. I got a refund but if you're craving a smoothie, go somewhere else.

For having so many people behind the counter, the service was crazy slow… people waiting a looooong time. I was surprised. Also the cashier was wearing a Playboy hat, which, is fine, but idk also kind of weird? He was nice though. Oof they gave my smoothie to a person who ordered after me. That’s really frustrating. The smoothie itself was good but not worth a 20 minute wait.

Very rude . I wanted a smoothie I waited 15 mins for one and then when I was about to say she had an attitude and said we’re closed on that side . After I had just SEEN a person with a smoothie . I guess they make smoothies only when they feel like it ? But super rude I wouldn’t go here . Definitely not even buying pretzels next time .

Employees have attitude, they made smoothie for me at $7 cost and cup was 3/4 full. Guy remade it after I showed him cup and then kind of dumped it on the counter. Will not be coming back and surely can understand why ratings of this store suck!

Don't trust the hours posted! I came twice in the last week. The first time the employee told me they cleaned the machines already and no longer were serving smoothies. The second time I came around lunch and they told me no smoothies until 2pm. I wonder if they ever actually have smoothies.

I am such a die hard fan for the "Java the Nut" smoothie! Haven't found any other smoothie anywhere that I like as much as this one. The flavor and consistency are perfect! BTW, I'm a member which offers perks like discounts and notices about deals.

Me and my friends went here a couple of times and in the 3rd time the employees were incredibly rude and made me and my friends very uncomfortable. Not only this but my friend order the “last mango” smoothie and it was chalky, chunky, and warm. By far the worst smoothie experience I’ve ever had. And one of the employees kept joking around saying sheesh and making odd comments.

Have one or two take orders while the other one or two prepare the food B. Have one person take orders while the other two stand around talking and ignoring the line of customers 2. 4 people working at 12:45. No line but two people waiting on smoothies. Took me about 10 minutes to get my drink. I used to work at Planet Smoothie no way it should take even remotely this long.
