Finally sarku brought their original hot sauce after they stopped during Covid. Their teriyaki chicken with sauce is the best in North Point Mall. We just go there to eat at this

I order from this place often and honestly I’ve never gotten the best service from the staff but the food is easy and good that is when they actually flavor it. The only flavor is the sauce and they give you half a squirt and ultimately no matter how many times I request extra sauce or request they put it on their Uber eats account it still has yet to happen. Just disappointing asking for exactly what you want, a simple request, and they are unable to accommodate it

This restaurant is terrible. First of all, the food was horrendous and burnt. Also, when we tried to ask for water to wash down the burnt charcoal taste, they charged us one dollar!? For one water cup?? Absolutely insane. Will not be returning.

I have been eating here for a year. The staff is ok , the food is ok, and the service is ok. I only wanted to give a rating of a 3.5 but I could not give a 3.5 so I gave you a four. I am allergic to chicken.. so when I place my order, I wanted to order the beef today. I noticed that the cook put a lot of raw chicken on the grill. I asked him if there was somewhere else he could prepare my beef because I was allergic to chicken . He said no it had to be on that grill.. so I won’t be able to eat here anymore but IThank you.Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to chicken

I have been to quiet a few different Sarku locations, this is one of the best location so far. Food tastes just right and is very affordable. On a plus side, service has always been nice and courteous.
I order three chicken teriyaki meals about 4:15 p, only 15 min away from my house got home to eat food was not hot. This is a first for me. Always fresh when I order food here. Not this time. Tried to call the manager no one answer.VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!

Food is ok. The cashier lady is rude to customers. She wants to rush to the next order and God forbid if you forget something or have to ask for water later. She made a snarky comment under her breath in Spanish and shook her head and laughed at me with the next customer. What’s wrong with asking water for the meal we paid for?

For food court fast food, this is OK, but not much more than that. I ordered the teriyaki chicken with fried rice and vegetables. The teriyaki was bland but filling. The problem was with the "vegetables." That serving consisted of two small broccoli florets, some slivered carrots, and bits of lettuce. I think next time I will stick with Chick-fil-a.
