I’ve been coming here for years, ever since I first moved to the city. Love the new location, and the pies are still the best in the city. Definitely recommend!

Have been eating at Sid’s for almost 20 years and have always enjoyed their sauce and toppings on pizza.I have noticed their pizza has gotten way too thick and doughy recently, as it’s becoming more Sicilian style at nearly 1” thick in crust. Would love to see the pizza thinned out some and cooked a little longer. Some parts of the dough still seemed raw and cheese wasn’t melted all the way.

We ordered delivery so I don’t have any insight into the location including service or atmosphere. However, the food we got delivered was in short disappointing. In fact the garlic bread that was delivered was burnt and therefore inedible. Who even thinks it’s ok to send that kind of food out. The pizza was not bad per se. I actually enjoyed the flavor of the dough but the ratio of dough to sauce was definitely off. It didn’t look like the pizza was rolled out enough. Unless you like really doughy pizzas and I mean the kind were it feels like you’re eating bread mainly I would stay far from this place.

Extremely disappointed! Ordered a margarita! It’s shocking this made it out of their kitchen. I have better pizza at Chucky Cheese The crust was dry and had no flavor, cheese wasn’t melted and the sauce was thick making pizza soggy! Do better!!

The pizza waa not very good. Completely lacking flavor. Sauce is too sweet. The Greek salad was also not very good. Mostly just iceberg lettuce.

Just had a pepperoni and sausage pizza delivered problem is it came only pepperoni. I called to tell restaurant and she says well there’s nothing I can do call Uber. I said it’s not Ubers fault your hand written receipt has the correct order. She said nothing I can do. I said not true and then they refused to let me speak w a manager. Terrible customer service and the pizza was bad.

So I've been waiting to try this place since they opened but every time I tried to go, they were either closed or there was nobody inside which is not a good sign. I was hesitant after reading other reviews that said the pizza was undercooked so I asked for mine to be extra crispy based on the reviews that I read, the cashier told me don't worry because the owner is the one that's cook tonight and he wouldn't not ever offer something he was not proud of. Well being this is a franchise I guess this is all I should've expected because that's the picture shows you that's his idea extra crispy? The pizza itself was nothing special. The pepperoni had a little more bite than I would've liked to have had but the worst thing about this place is the dough has absolutely no flavor which means the peach virtually is very bland and despite being offered a frequent visitor card by the cashier. I don't think I will ever be visiting again and I don't recommend that you do either. And what about the Decor you ask? Unless you like retro 1980s that's as bland as the pizza there was no excitement here either.

Pizza crust is phenomenal and the sauce is great too. Service was on point. Looking forward to going back and trying other things on the menu.

Go anywhere else. Literally. The food is just barely "okay". The absolute rudeness of the young lady who works there is completely unacceptable. I called the next day to talk to the manager about my experience. The same young lady answered the phone. She was very difficult to deal with even on the phone. She told me the owner's name is Stan and she would see if he was available to speak to me. Some guy gets on the phone and rather abruptly asks, how can I help you? I told him, I would like to talk about my experience at your restaurant. He could not be bothered to hear anything I had to say. I asked his name, and he told me, my name is Sid, the owner. So, I don't know if Stan or Sid are the owner. Based on what I have seen the few times I have been there, they can't afford to just be pissing off customers. No one there cares if you come or not. They don't care if you're happy or not. It is the craziest thing. I will never be back! If you value your hard-earned money, I would spend it where you are valued as a customer. It is certainly not going to happen here.

Delicious classic medium crust pizza with fresh toppings and amazing sauce. Also tried the wings taking the recommendation to get extra crispy lemon pepper...chefs kiss! Pizza came out quick, great service, cool music, fun interior...will definitely go back and you should give it a try.

Great pizza. Service Good Vibes, Ordered a large pepperoni and a small white. Indoor has a nice 80's vibe. Staff was nice and very attentive.
