I used this Cafe for all my needs from gas, food and clean bathrooms, the employees are always friendly. Well lit and safe for visitors in the area or just passing through.

Good food, lots of good choices.

Tried multiple pumps with my card. Hardware sucks. Drove to Quik Trip right down the street. Goodbye Slowly Cafe. Your operations manager needs to find a new job.

Do not waste your time here. Tried to get gas but the pump would not process my card. Tried another card, nope. Drove to another pump. Nope. Kept saying go inside. I made it real easy. Drove to Quik Trip 1/2 a mile away and all worked great!! Note to Speedy operations. Your pump hardware sucks. Its terrible.....and do something about the coffee. The new idea dies mot work. See you in a year. Might try again to see if you get your act together.

Rude and I ordered a cheesesteak with double meat and I'm still laughing. I had to yell to get the young ladies attention fixing my sandwich, cause she had her ear pods in listening to music. I paid $8 for this joke of a sandwich.

My prior review was 5 stars. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this as a reliable stop for commuters. 2:46AM and less than half of one coffee pot left of coffee. No donuts and the place where they keep their brownies as a last resort has been bone dry for a while now. The guy working the bakery will not drop what he's doing to come ring up your purchase. He's an older guy. Walks around like he doesn't have a job to do fast. Not happy.

Poor customer service except for person working register. Stop by this place about 5:45 am for coffee, saw at least four employees , one working the register as customers waited to check out. Witnessed 2 employees fiddling around the food counter, 1 employee twiddling on his phone in the back as customers waited to check out, no other employee took initiative to assist person at register (pitiful!)

Speedway is my primary stop when I am on the road, I use them for fuel, bathrooms, refreshments and of course food. Over the past year, I have stopped at probably well over 600 Speedway stores around the country. In addition to offering some great new store redesigns from the old cookie cutter C-Store that we all grew up with Speedway has done a fantastic job in offering more than just a place to buy gas, candy bars, chips and maybe a cold processed, refrigerator sandwich. With the introduction of the "SpeedyCafe", they have suddenly begun to compete with other stores like Sheetz and Wah Wah in this area. But as evidenced by this SpeedyCafe store I have to question their commitment to this new design and business model! I stopped on Friday and fueled my car and then parked and went inside to eat, use the restroom and take a break. Restrooms were clean as always, 6 STAR. I received a fuel discount of $0.50 for using my Rewards connected Speedway Payment Card and then came inside to order and eat. The kitchen was staffed by one gentleman and one I placed my order on the kiosk he began to prepare it while I shopped. Seven minutes later I dad two (2) Buffalo Chicken Wraps at the table. Both were very well done and I enjoyed them immensely. Had I wrote my review on that day I would have surely awarded them 5 stars. FAST FORWARD this week, I have been on the same route all week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and have stopped to do my routine. Monday I pumped gas and used my speedy payment card then walked into the store to find the food counter "closed" with paper notes taped over the terminals where you order. Sorry, NO FOOD Today. Tuesday I returned and instead of pumping gas first I walked inside to order, again, paper notes taped to the displays saying "CLOSED". Well, nothing I can do about it so I pull back out and pull into Quick Trip a block away toward GA 400 and I fuel up and grab some hot fresh food. Good to GO! Today, the third day in a row I pull into Speedy Cafe, hungry and ready to eat and I pull up to the fuel pump and then again walk inside to order and find once again paper notes taped to all the food kiosk, they are "CLOSED"!!!!!!!!!!!!! Once again I pull out and head one block back down the block toward GA 400 where I had exited earlier and stop at Quick Trip. I fuel and I eat. Tomorrow I will probably save my time and just stop at Quick Trip before I try to go to Speedway since I really doubt they will be open to serve or make fresh food. I will also shop and fuel where I stop. I love Speedway and the reward points they offer. I was able to use their app and my points to get up to $0.50 off every gallon of fuel I purchased on my vacation a few weeks ago. No place else I can do that. I gave this Speedway 5 Stars on the review but the Cafe portion is rarely open or staffed. My time is more important than your reward points so I need to stop at a place I can do everything in one stop and you have proven that SpeedyCafe is not that place. I do not know why, maybe it is a staffing issue, maybe it is a supplier issue, maybe it is just extremely poor management but you have sent a customer to your direct competitor a block away that on most days between food, merchandise and fuel spends in the range of $125 -180 per day. I realize that is not much in the grand scale but you have lost that from me and how many others. The SpeedyCafe food is great and priced right, but if you cannot staff the counter then why have it? Maybe a new manager is in order who can manage your location and staffing. I don't know the answer but I do know that if one of my guys is a not show I cannot close a service and I as the manager have to stop in and fill that role in addition to mine. Something is not right here at this site. By the way, the SpeedyCafe on Buford Highway has always been stellar! So, it can be done in your business model. Obviously, Quick Trip a block away does it well when you can't.

The Old Speedway stores have upped their game and their delivery with the new SpeedyCafe locations. 5Star from top to bottom in every category. Not trying to age myself but I remember the old Super America convenience stores across the mid west. they were a definite stop above the mom and pops of the time but slowly slipped into oblivion as they were bought out by the Speedway company who had mostly truck stops. What an amazing transformation they gave. Most the older SA stations have been rehabbed or just totally rebuilt to now become leaders in the world of C-Stores. Clean, comfortable, well stocked stores is their forefront. You can find almost anything you are looking for here on a quick stop from the road, Variety of fountain drinks, cooler drinks including alcohol, tea and prepared foods. Top that off with the SpeedyCafe with a large full Breakfast, All Day, and Snack menu that is just a tad below WaWa or Sheets SpeedyCafe has something for everyone and all at prices that cannot be beat. I go inside and order a Hot Steak Sub and customize it with my choice of cheese, choice of toppings including onion, jalapeno slices, black olives and mayo on a 12" white bun. As my order leaves the screen somebody begins cooking it to my specifications. I take my receipt up with my other merchandise and pay and before I am done my number is called and my food is ready. Best part is with the Speedy Card. Their rewards / customer loyalty program one I order 5 orders I receive my sixth with 1000 bonus points that I can use on food or other purchases and even gift cards from places or money off fuel at other Speedways. But, back to the sandwich, compare it to Jimmy Johns, Subway or any other sandwich shop and not only is it half the cost it is twice as good and much. MY TOP LOYALTY CARDS: 1. Speedway (Southeast US) 2. Twice Daily (Nashville Metro Area Only) 3. Thornton's (Louisville, Nashville and Florida) 4. Mapco (TN, NE GA) 5. Pilot Speedway has changed a lot over the years and really focused on putting the customer first. With the quality of their products, their customer service and their loyalty program they have risen to number 1 for me and stores like this Alpharetta store are why they have been successful. Secondly, they always have large,, very clean and well stocked bathrooms. Vital for the traveler. (Inner City locations vary on cleanliness and customer service from staff which many times is below standard.)

It helps a little that it's on my commuting route, but I love everything about this store. The rewards, the cost and quality and food from the grill, the gas prices are competitive and the staff is friendly. The store is always clean and shelves stocked. I haven't purchased gas anywhere else since this store opened and unless something changes significantly for the worst, I don't plan to.

Pizza is amazeballs!!! Order the meat lovers! Worth the wait and money, OMG I'm so full! Few parking for trucks near truck entrance.

We ordered a large pizza. It had way too much sauce and was not fully cooked. With the exception of Maddy, all of the staff here is rude. One day, I brought my daughter's juice cup inside to get a few pieces of ice to go with her juice that i bought in the store and was charged 50 cents!

THE NEW SPEEDY CAFE! Speedy Café is a new gas station located on McFarland Parkway just west of 400 at exit 12. It is right across the street from a Racetrack. When traveling this area, I usually stop at the Racetrack simply because it is on the way. However, It is nice to have an option for my return trips when I just want to pop in and out. When you arrive at the station, you will see several generously sized user-friendly pumps. Unleaded gas is $1.99 per gallon today. At the rear of the station you will find generously sized diesel pumps and a convenient entry/exit door. As I entered the store today, I immediately noticed the café area where you can order hot/cold sandwiches, pizza and other options. You order via the ordering screen and your food is delivered in a short amount of time. My husband was curious about their sandwiches and decided to order the turkey with provolone which is currently on special for $4, (all sandwiches are). Since he wanted to share with me it was ordered on wheat with green peppers, shredded lettuce, red onions, tomatoes and cucumbers. Their sandwich game is very weak because the sandwich was placed on white Italian instead of the requested wheat, there was not enough meat and it appeared to be more of a 10 inch than a 12 inch. This is not the place to go for sandwiches, Subway, (just east of 400) would be a better choice. In addition to a café and the typical snacks, they have an extensive selection of cold beverages, a Beer Cave, a tobacco counter, a coffee bar, fresh donuts, and a plethora of frozen drinks with interesting colors and flavors such as bubble gum and coconut. If you prefer a simple beverage on ice, they have those available as well. If you are looking for a place to get gas at a great price, use the restroom and grab a snack or beverage, this new Speedy station is the ideal place. Just bring your own sandwich! *** They are open 24 hours which is great for weekends and holidays. *** They also have brfeakfast sandwiches available.
