The new layout of this Starbucks is so confusing. After you order your drink, there is no where really to wait for your drink. The area they provide the drinks is next to the door and area for people to get straws and napkins. I just don't feel comfortable or welcome in this location. I will go elsewhere.

I usually have trouble here either with the order or random stuff but this time I was thoroughly impressed. I was having app issues and Brie was awesome. Didn't make me feel like it was my fault and was super pleasant and helpful!

Very quick, croissant was great but the worst Frappuccino I’ve literally ever had, and did not follow any of the instructions when I ordered online. Very disappointing that I will be throwing money in the trash because my drink is undrinkable it’s so bad.

This location has been having irregular hours and surprise closures recently due to staffing issues. Also several of the recent times I went they forgot about my order and I had to go ask about it and wait longer to have it made.

Brie and Shazeb did an excellent job today!:)))... Very friendly and outgoing and appreciate the conversation... Great baristas and genuinely joyful in their facial expressions, demeanor and customer service etiquette!:-) :-) Also,, made me feel welcomed and not rushed out :-) :-)... Ordered ahead of time and still stood in the store for nearly 20 minutes. Dismissive staff who simply said “we’ve been slammed”’and walked off, all the while two staff members were standing around talking.More annoying I couldn’t cancel the order on the app to go somewhere else. Will never go here again.

Every time I come to this location the order isn’t right on the first try.. and my replacement coffee this time…well that ended up on my front seat due to what must have been a defective lid.. I so enjoy getting burned and now get my seats cleaned.. btw, has anyone noticed how dirty this place is?Don’t think I’ll ever be back to this location..

There are some Starbucks that you dash in to grab a drink and a treat and then leave. But the Starbucks in Haynes Bridge Village is a location where you come in, visit with your friends, and stay a while, all while receiving great customer service. This Starbucks store is the center of this local community, and Store Manager Luciana and her staff go out of their way to enhance the sense of community here on each visit. Many partners, including Ana and Keith, have been at this location for years, and keep their loyal customers always coming in. Stop by, stay for a bit, and enjoy this unique Starbucks experience!
