Same as the previous reviews, Shannon is rude and has an attitude but the black woman who I believe may be African is always very nice. Not sure why they would let Shannon keep working there with multiple complaints about her.

Found this inside Kroger. This one is one of the smallest Starbucks I visited. Snack and drink choices were also little less when compared to other joints.I had a brief wait as I entered. Batista was away on some house keeping tasks. Once she came it's quick and easy.Few seats are also available if you are looking to relax and enjoy your drink. I am giving a 4 rating because the cleanliness needs improvement. Not sure about footfalls, if good number they can add more options in snacks and drinks.

Many flavors and excellent service! There was a line out the door when we got there but it moved very quickly! The coffee chocolate chip was amazing!! The building has such great history! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting savannah!

I’m not a person who leaves bad reviews, cause everyone has their bad days. Yet Shannon(I believe is her name) has proven me wrong, she is very consistent in having a bad attitude. Every time I come in and see her I know my day is off to a sour start. I believe you should treat others the way you want to be treated yet she does the opposite. The other lady that works there is super sweet and I wish I knew her name, I always look forward to seeing her! I’m surprised they have Shannon employed due to the amount of complaints.

I’m giving this 2 stars because there was one girl working there that was super sweet. There is one older women, my receipt says her name is Saina, but I saw another comment say her name was Shannon, but either way, she is SO extremely rude. I’ve gone there once and that was today and I can promise I will never go back to that location as long as she’s working there. My coworker says he has also had awful experiences with her.I’m never one to complain, because I understand people have bad days, but if someone is just so rude for no reason and my coworker has had many bad experiences with the same person on different occasions, I can’t hold my tongue. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK IN SERVICE INDUSTRY, DONT DO IT. It’s not that hard.

She has me wait while she slowly cleans the counter, doesn’t smile, gets impatient with me a few times when I ordered in the past, throws my bagged food on the counter, and just seems so unhappy and just ready for me to get out her face. I’m getting a bit uncomfortable. Her whole demeanor is off everytime I go there and she’s working. Other family members of mines have experienced the same bad customer service from Shannon also, so I know it’s not just me.Other than that, everyone else is friendly. I do also wish they had the point system. But their foods and drinks are just as good, don’t have no complaints with their items

Just waited for 10 minutes at the counter and the kid working never even glanced my direction. There were 2 other people there who also left without coffee because the lack of service. It took him the whole 10 minutes I was there to pour one cup of coffee and the person waiting for that waited 15 minutes. He should be fired.
