Horrible ating experience. Tiny portions, tons of ice in beverage, instead of actual smooth cream. Stale bacon. Sausage was just herbs, no meat. I just remembered why I seldom step foot at a Starbucks.

The location was beautiful and the staff seemed nice, but there’s nothing that irritates me more at Starbucks than waiting on my second drink from my mobile order after they are aware I am in the store.I understand understaffing issues and how busy the drive through can be but ten minutes is a little excessive, especially when my friend and I were planning to drink ours together in the lobby.I stood by the mobile orders again and it took them 3-4 drink orders before they asked if I was waiting on my second one.Mine also just didn’t taste that great either which made me leave kind of disappointed.

I have never had such horrible service and someone be so rude as I experienced this morning at this store. I went to the drive-through and only had $100 bill. The lady says we don’t have change and hand me the money back I said well what would you like me to do, she went to tell me they’re not a bank and they’re not a store and that I should not be bringing $100 bill. I said you are in business and it’s 11 o’clock in the morning how do you not have change I said, I’m sorry I don’t have anything smaller but why don’t you just give me the cuppa coffee since it’s 10 cars behind me And I will pay you tomorrow. The manager comes over and refers to me as “dude“ that’s not how it works. He said give me the hundred dollar bill and I’ll give you your change and quarters. I explain how this was the worst customer service I have experienced, and the answer was , OK don’t come back.

There are a lot of Starbucks locations within this vicinity, but there is a reason I like this location better than most -- it's spacious. The one on the other side of Old Milton is SMALL and seating got even more limited due to remodeling, and the Avalon location is always busy due to their mall guests.This location is newer and feels a lot cleaner, and there is plenty of seating here as well. The only complaint I have about this location is that it closes so damn early -- but I feel like that's every Starbucks now ever since COVID.There are passwords for the bathrooms here as well so you don't have the risk of loiterers and you feel safe here. Baristas here are generally nice and they are usually good with making their drinks -- I come to Alpharetta often and this is usually my go-to Starbucks, especially if I'm going with a group of people.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! Never coming back after THIS particular barista rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed as she took my order. It was so noticeable that the ONE other customer waiting for his order said to me, "don't let it get to you; she's always a b****". WHY IS SHE STILL WORKING HERE IF SHE HATES HER JOB THIS MUCH !???

Service is always on point, never have issues even if something is wrong with the order. Jasmine use to take great care of me when she was there, but regardless of who is there they are fast and friendly. One of the best Starbucks out there, and I've been to many in several cities and states.

All of the employees were very friendly and accomodating and my drink tasted great! However, during my visit, I walked past one employee in the store who gave off a pretty rancid smell of body odor. I'm not one to judge an individual on the state of their body or hygiene, but if they are working at Starbucks or somewhere that serves food and drinks, I wouldn't want them to smell foul or make my orders. Otherwise, the store looked very clean and they all provided good service!

I love Starbucks coffee and I start my day there but didn’t love being yelled at by their manager about the amount of ice I was asking for in my iced drink. Was so ridiculous it was almost funny.I got my regular drink then I ordered another to bring home for my wife. I wasn’t going directly home so asked if I could get my iced drink without ice and could add my own ice at home. Apparently that’s against corporate policies and I can have it iced with regular iced , light ice or I can order something else. Lol.

We asked for a drink no ice, the guy left asking a coworker something and came back saying that with no ice, the drink is going to have a gap! My family was enraged and asked why and he said, it’s a policy! Lies, we got drink from another sturbucks , please see picture at TripAdvisor ( no ice and full cups)! Before that, when we went there, the manager was pouring our drinks ( she seemed mad, half the cup on the ground, the kitchen so messy) and kept asking the colleagues if we paid! Yes, that’s what happens when you hire three awful people in the same Starbucks! Shame! ( first time for me living this type of situation, never before) !! In summary, we left taking nothing and my husband calling him a liar!
