Bad customer service. Waited over 10 min for my drink inside. They skipped making my drink and didn’t say sorry for your wait! On top of that the drink was nasty! Total waste of time and money.

A great time to be had by most ages (you don’t want kids too young walking around and falling out into a net). Great appetizer selection, but the food is not the primary reason you’re coming here. It has a great vibe, they play good music, and it’s an interesting place for either a date, a friends night out, or a company team build.

Typical service asked young lady a question as I was distrubing her from standing still while another customer coffee lid popped off in the bag she handed him offered nothing to help or fix his drink but got the wet floor song down and someone to mop it upKid-friendliness: Not really early morning was not anyone’s friend this Saturday morning

What terrible and terrible attention. Wednesday, November 29 at night. What a rude staff. I can't stand arriving at a store with politeness and kindness and having the employees treat and serve you in such a bad way. The treatment is disgusting. They should change the staff and this gives the store a bad reputation.

Bought a cheese danish from StarbucksWas not enough that they forgot to add it to my bag so I had to pull around again, also they gave me an expired cheese danish witch I saw it after couple of bites … man that’s disgustingPlease who ever is in charge of checking products (management of storage) check your products !!!!PS. Don’t recommend to purchase any products from this storeProducts may be expire !Thanks
The PSL had a burnt & bitter chemical taste right at the end. Seemed like the barista and over-brewed/extracted the coffee which gave off that bitter chemical taste at the end. Unfortunately I could barely finish my coffee & had to throw it. ☹️

The Starbucks could be a model restaurant or other locations. They offer quick, efficient and friendly service. The fresh brewed pike place coffee was a very nice treat. I like the fact they will fix your coffee, including sweetener, and milk to your liking. This location was busy, yet they were extremely efficient and getting orders out in a timely fashion.
