The person working the drive thru at my recent visit to this branch was nothing but kind and patient. I was visiting via tourism at the time and never visited a Starbucks until quite recently. I am happy with the service they provided. I just wished I tipped!

Your typical Starbucks store, however this place is packed with young kids. Everyone was on their laptops and no seating was available.

Drinks and food are good, but the service in this location in the mornings just make me stay away. I would rather drive to the location on Windward or the location right off 400. The older woman that works the drive-thru in the mornings is rude and unpleasant.

I began frequenting this particular Starbucks branch because it was conveniently situated on my route early in the morning (6 am). However, despite giving it handful of attempts to prepare my drink correctly, I must admit that I’ve decided to stop. The lady taking the orders consistently interrupt me when I attempt to explain my order and insists on making it her way, unlike my experience at every other Starbucks where I’ve ordered the same drink without any issues. I refuse to continue spending my money on a drink that never comes out correctly.

while MOST of the workers are polite my orders been wrong the last 3-5 times i’ve been there and it’s just too expensive for
this Starbucks made me wait 30 minutes for my order. I asked for extra strawberries, and they gave me zero. Then, when I went back to ask for extra strawberries, he threw the drink in my face and told me to go back to China. then she followed me home and he took the strawberrues out of my refrigerator and threw them in my face once again. And then, when I went back to the Starbucks, the next day, I ordered the exact same thing and this time he cave me a cup full of strawberries and no drink at all and charged me $30, A week later I came back to the Starbucks and the barista made my drink again. This time she took my cup to the bathroom and pooped in it and to add a little bit of drink he Peed as well. Then he gave it to me and instead of handing it to me, he shoved it in my face once again. When he told her to go back to China, he did the thing with his eye he went blind. He was blind, because he pulled them to you are fat.after he went blind because his eyes were too fat, he blamed it on us so we ran away. He sued us for $1 million so instead of giving him $1 million, instead of giving him the $1 million we gave him 1 million strawberries and 1 million middle finger and 1 million poopy cups and he Peed on him but I'm on my period description of this dirty barista he has a flat butt and he is basically bald and he's very ugly and he doesn't really wear that many clothes. All he was wearing was a pair of boxers and an apron at the starbucks. After we went to court because he got mad at us for giving for not giving him his million dollars when we got to the court read through our usually judge and the judge demanded for some strawberries so we dipped them in some chocolate in the bathroom because we know she loves her chocolate, so we also dip them in some yellowish glaze. to this day, I still don't know how people can be so rude and ignorant. I hope that barista gets size what he deserves, trampled in running strawberries. Bye. -sarah and emily.

I go here at least once a week... very convenient location.. amazing staff. Drinks and Foods taste great ! I will always recommend this place.
I have never had a problem at any Starbucks, but I went with my friend for lunch, and she ordered a warmed up wrap. the manager was working a couple tables down and as my friend was trying to cool off her wrap by blowing on it. the manager walked to our table and angrily told us there were signs everywhere that vaping isn't allowed. We assured her we weren't vaping, but she continued telling us that she could kick us out. When she left, we talked about how it was stupid that blowing off steam was harmless. Then, She came back a couple minutes later telling us she can hear our conversation and saying if we continue she will kick us out or call the police. It's one thing, mistaking steam as smoke, but when coming to a table, already angry and threatening to kick us out for nothing, is not something a manager should feel entitled to do.

This is my go-to Starbucks on the way to work. Carol is usually at the drive thru weekday mornings, and I love her kindness and humor. The other employees as well as the shift manager are amazing and are clearly concerned about the quality of service and food/drink that customers order.
