I always order drinks with oatmilk, and everytime, they never use oatmilk! The last straw was when I ordered a drink that is supposed to be made with oatmilk. I'm not having an upset stomach because your people can't make a drink.

I have visited 2 times. Today again same thing, this is the bad store i didn't even see till now. I have ordered caramel mochiato and it tastes like drinking hot water. I don't know why they do very carelessly. Even they won't give cup holder anytime. If I have 0 rating i would give that. Totally I felt 3 times same experience.

Great Starbucks. Well spread out with many relaxing sofas. Has an outdoor section that is good when the weather cooperates. The exit (driving out) from this place is a little weird - you have to drive to the back of the Starbucks. Other than that service is great and quick.

I always stopped by this location. Everyone was so nice except these past couple times that I ran into the same young Asian girl, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Today after she handed drinks to me at the drive-thru, I was going to ask for a straw but she slammed the window at me mid word. And started laughing inside. Rude!

I love this Starbucks! It’s a perfect place to get some work done.I’m only giving 3 stars because they don’t offer “for here mugs“ and it’s not very environment-friendly. Hope they’ll start offering mugs soon so I don’t have to bring my own travel mug every time :)
Walked in and no one greeted me as per usual with this location. Then I ordered from the bakery and the girl named Angela didn’t speak just stood there looking at me until I said something first. Then once my order was ready Angela again was rude and tossed my order at me on the counter instead of handing it to me. Maybe because I didn’t tip. But you know what gets you a tip? Good customer service. Doesn’t even have to be that good just a simple and basic “hi, how are you?” “Thank you” “have a good day” goes a long way! Please do better at teaching your team basic customer service. especially these young teenagers.

I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha online, I received my coffee like 60% filled and lots of sugar too sweet with no whipped cream. I was seriously dissatisfied for the coffee taste and representation.
