This Subway store is wonderful. I am going this store since last many years. This is really great location in Alpharetta downtown. I always found this store very clean and nice since new owner took it over this store. I really enjoyed the variety of Subway sandwich, cookies and drinks available at this store. Store staff is nice, caring, helpful and ready to help their customers. I also found recent health department rating 100A for this store which is really great. Since new owner take it over this store, they added 2 reserved parking for subway customers only that is really great for customers like me.

This Subway still doesn’t have their “system” fixed after 4 weeks of reviews and would not enter our coupon in manually. When asked to honor the coupon, the gentleman became upset. Overall, very poor customer service. Probably, they are enjoying the extra revenue from charging full price.
