The owner and the lady that works there never make eye contact and treat you like you're and inconvenience. Totally indifferent towards the customer. I only go there when I'm a crunch and need a quick meal. If I were rating this place on friendliness it would get a "no stars" in this review.

ordered two foot long subs online with the BOGO coupon.. Guess how they made the sandwich LOL? .they reduced 50% of meat and vegetables.

The lady who is there always seems mad or has an attitude. I asked for a packet of mayo and mustard and the lady says it's 25 cent each... doesn't it come free on the sandwich. The subway is empty for the most part so I guess every cent counts but come on now.

First time here and the place is very clean. The young lady at the counter was wearing mask and gloves prepping the food just as requested. Young man was constantly cleaning the place. Based on reviews I kind of hesitated for a minute. Glad I took a chance. It was a great experience.

There was to be mayo, and the globs were to be spread out with excess removed afterward.The cashier was emotionless.The environment was maintained.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair table, but there are chairs all around it.

Terrible service by older lady that worked there! I asked her to toast my sandwich and she refused and said it was already toasted. I knew it wasn’t and she didn’t want to fix the issue. Not to mention terrible attitude from the start. I think retirement home is the next best step for her.

Owner is extremely rude. He treats most people as if they are a nuisance. Get a new job please!! Sorry you are stuck in the sandwich business but give the customers the service they deserve or hire someone that will. I definitely wont be returning. The woman that works there is very nice. Bless her. I saw him when I walked in and walked right back out. Smh. Thumbs all the way down.

This is a convenient location to pick up a quick dinner, because my daughter has practice across the street. However, this was the first and will be the last visit.The owner/employee working was incredibly rude and indifferent. He was speaking with someone over his Bluetooth the entire time, so we spent most of the visit uncertain if he was addressing us or the individual on the other end. We repeated ourselves numerous times, because he continued to pause making our sandwiches to continue his call.We thanked him at least a couple of times, and he never thanked us for our business once.I completely understand why a customer facing role can be frustrating. Some customers are irrational. However, we left no reasons for this individual to provide such terrible service.

Both the guy and woman were very rude. And he literally smacked my bread in the counter. And the lady charged me an extra chip that I near asked for. Not knowing I would checking my receipt. So disappointing and horrible service.

Very rude people working here. Had come to eat here with a coupon before because it is close to my home, but never complained. Today, the same grouchy people working here. The man said they do not accept coupons right from the start, so I just left. No manners, no politeness. Not coming back.

The bread at this place taste like rubber very chewy in a bad way. I will never go for lunch at this place again.
