I rarely complain about anything but I was in this Subway about an hour ago and ordered a 6" turkey sandwich with cheese, spinach, pickles, tomatoes, black olives and mustard. In making the sandwich he put 3 pieces of turkey, 2 slices cheese, 2 spinach leaves, 3 pickles and 5 black olives. I had to ask spinach 3 times and for more of everything else. I have never had such a flat tasteless sandwich. Typically they can hardly fit everything in the bread to wrap it.At this rate they will definitely make a profit but if they don't live up to typical Subway standards they won't have customers. Guess I'll find another restaurant which is sad because I've been going there for however long they've been in business.

This subway has been my to-go place for a while now. However, recently they are only accepting subway advertised coupon on just 4-5 sandwiches which is completely unethical because there are no such exception mentioned on the subway website nor on the coupon. Not sure if Subway as an entity would read this but the owner seems to be following some unfair practices here. Disappointed customer.

The dude that made my 4 to-go sandwiches last week in the evening hours was probably on something… lol.He was looking at my order tkt of 4 veggie sandwiches and unbeknownst to me, put chicken in 2 of ‘em.He also forgot to add most of the veggies in the other 2. Practically tasted like a loaf of bread.I know he didn’t give me someone else’s order, cuz mine was the only ONLINE ORDER at that timeBy the time I got home and realized he messed up my order, the store had closed. The family shared the 2 veggie footlongs, all 4 of us went to bed hungry.Shame on you guys bro!

I live a mile away from this Subway and have been eating here and supporting this business for years. I even drive 6 miles to this location from my office during the work week even though there is another Subway a mile away from where I work. I am a loyal customer, I like to support businesses in my community and the owner, Casey, is nice. I would guess that I've consistently spent $200 per month avg. in this store for the past 5+ years. Unfortunately, that support is over. I went in to this store a few days ago and ordered a foot long BMT. The counter lady, who I never had a problem with in the past, made my sub but only put 3 pieces of cheese on it when it should have had 4 pieces of cheese. She then proceeded to ring me up for the Ultimate BMT, which is about a dollar more. When I politely pointed this out to her, she became rude and started lecturing me that they were the same sub. I pointed out the obvious-that the Ultimate has double cheese and the regular doesn't, hence the difference in price. As I only ordered the regular BMT (and didn't even get the correct amount of cheese to begin with, much less double cheese) I didn't feel like paying a dollar more for the sub. She then tells me in a very condescending manner that the store doesn't charge extra for extra cheese regardless and that the price she was trying to charge me was correct. I've eaten at Subway enough to know this was not correct. She then started making snide comments to me. She finally called the owner on the phone, who let her know she was wrong and instructed her on how to ring up the standard BMT.I went back in today (12/2/23 approximately 3:25pm) and ordered a foot long steak & cheese. Same issue, she only puts 3 pieces of cheese on my sub. I politely pointed this out to her and she corrected it. When she rang me up, she charged me for the Philly, which is different than the steak & cheese. Again, just like the BMT issue, the Philly has twice as much cheese as the regular steak/cheese. I didn't order the Philly, I didn't want nor get extra cheese and I didn't want to be overcharged. I pointed this out to her and she got a major attitude with me. She starts arguing with me and telling me the Philly is the same sandwich as what I ordered, they didn't charge extra for extra cheese, the price she charged me was correct, etc. She started making snide comments to me again in front of other customers. I pointed out to her the store menu which clearly shows a steak & cheese sandwich which is cheaper than the Philly listed on the menu but she continued to argue with me and kept telling me I was wrong. She finally figured out how to ring it up correctly, which proved that I was correct, but she didn't bother to apologize. Instead, she continued to ridicule me and then proceeded to start talking about me to other customers, telling them I do this same thing all the time, etc. Ironic in that I had this problem for the first time 5 days ago and that she was the one who screwed up twice in a row. She then called the owner Casey and told the her the same thing...that I do this all the time, I cause problems whenever I come in, etc. This counter lady obviously doesn't know the menu, doesn't know what the differences are between the sandwiches, doesn't know how to find all the sandwich buttons on the register so she can correctly ring the customer orders up and she is rude. Furthermore, most of the time when I would go in, this lady would be sitting at a table talking on her phone rather than doing work (have you ever thought about cleaning off the tables, stocking the lids & straws or cleaning the bathrooms and making sure there is soap & paper towels available in the restrooms?).I probably spend close to $2,500 a year at this store. Maybe this isn't a lot to this business in the grand scheme of things and they don't care but as of today, I won't go back to this location so long as this lady is employed there. I'll take my business to a different Su

Worst experience at this Subway. This old lady doesn’t have patience at all to take the order and burnt my sandwich and is very very rude. I’ve been having subway for years now at different locations but never experienced such rude behavior by anyone towards their customer. Never ever going back again to this Subway.

I ordered a veggie delight sub. The guy who made my sandwhich barely put any vegetables on it. Almlst seemed like the vegetables were coming directly out his paycheck because he was really stingy with them. It's one of the most underwhelming sandwhiches I've ever had from a subway. The sweet tea tastes funny too. Tastes like it has more water in it than any flavoring. Best thing about my meal was the bagged chips. This was my first and last trip to this location.
