The service is bad and one of the worker has an attitude I was ordering a 6inch for me but he didn’t cut it into half and ik it doesn’t have to be perfect but the one he cut was more like 3inch 9inch and gave me the 3inch one and was using that one and when we said can we get another half loaf cause it’s small and was throwing the vegetables just because the order before was a long order and was showing attitude to us even tho we were nice in the middle he was asking can I really quick do the Uber order and we were like sure and nice but at the end he gave it in a small paper bag with 3 full sandwiches and it got ripped and gave another bag after asking. They always make the sandwich messy and not close it properly. I never right reviews but today something happened that I had too.

I have talked with one of the owners at this location and she was extremely nice and assured that she will address any problems going on with the staff. I think she is very respectful, and a polite person! And I will be giving this location another chance based off of her and Patrick a very great employee here! Thanks

Today I ordered 2 sandwich for my kids lunch but seems like there are missing employees training like how to make sandwich and how to serve customer. after wrap up sandwich he didn't give me napkins after asking for napkins he gave me crumbled napkins, I have to garbage that napkins. Ridiculous I have never seen any restaurant or diner give napkins such a way.. :(

I ordered a foot long tuna and the young lady put four half scoops of tuna on it. I questioned her about the small portions and she added a half scoop. I questioned her again and she said I added more. So I told her to keep it. The other employee asked what was wrong and I told her and she stated that she will make it right. I said thank you but I am out. Got a sandwich elsewhere. What the young lady should have done is get a new bowl of tuna instead of just scraping the almost empty container. Maybe next time it will be better.

I ordered online to be picked up. I went there immediately but had to wait 30 mins, coz they are 'building' 6 subs before me. No problem, and when my turn came in, they said they are making buffalo chicken Sw without Buffalo sauce and patty sw without Patty and without onions, pickles and peppers. So I cancelled my order and walked out and cooked my own dinner. Young kids are inexperienced and no one to help them. BAD location.
This place employs very young and unexpeirenced kids, they are very slow and sloppy unfortunately. They struggled with appying a coupon for 5min so i gave up,
