I had an awful experience today! I went to the restaurant to order my meal to go. Right away I saw the stress level on the server's face while he was filling online orders. I had to wait until he finished those orders and when he finally asked what I wanted he was still tense and gave me poor service and attitude. I greeted him with a smile and tried to be pleasant but he was rude with very poor customer service skills. What a complete turn-off and I walked out of the restaurant and left my order with him. Surcheros- please hire better help!

We always order online and grab it at the drive-around pick up window. Keep in mind it's only drive-through for pick ups, not ordering. I go fairly often and they've always had my order ready when I show up. I've never had to wait for them to complete it.Vegetarian options: If you're a vegetarian who eats cheese and dairy, you're all set. You can build a very filling bowl or burrito. It comes down the same line as the meat dishes, but I've never found any meat in my food.

Holy guacamole, this was excellent! I got a steak burrito and the portions for protein and toppings were perfect and for once we had someone who knew how to roll a burrito perfectly! I will never eat chipotle again after this experience. And I finished with a Dos Equis lager for dessert! Thank you guys for being awesome and delicious!

Really great place for tacos and a great atmosphere.. I’m pregnant and crave tacos and quesadillas and they are always courteous and in good spirits on top of good
Beware. Food is decent but very small portions & the prices are insane.!! I was charged $4 for a tortilla for a side of a burrito bowl which is $10.!! This is ridiculously expensive.
Bowls and Burrito was super fresh tasting. The chicken and pork were both very flavorful and tender. Service was friendly and the staff seemed to really to like their jobs. Great establishment!

We had a HORRIBLE experience from food to service on our first trip there. Tonight I decided to give them a chance and ordered to taco salads with grilled chicken from UberEats. THERE'S NO CHICKEN ON THESE SALADS!!! I bought 2 taco salads. UberEats only credited me $5 total. This place is awful. They need to just close.

I ordered via doordash, a grilled chicken burrito. There was no protein at all. It was not even rush hours.
Great fresh food. My family loves the burritos, the bowls and the queso. The portions are generous which is great for teenage boys that like to eat!
