just awful. the past few times i've both been too and ordered from this taco bell i receive the wrong items consistently with not catering to my issue. i’ve repeatedly been given small size drinks when i've ordered medium or larges, no refunds or compensation, many of my items have been cold or made improperly. the workers are rude and do not socialize well. i wish i could say id go again but i cant promise anything anymore. it sucks because when i was younger this was an excellent facility and had wonderful service, they also have some of my favorite food options.

This is, by far, the worst experience I've ever had at this location. From the get go they made it clear that my order annoyed them with their huffing and puffing. I get my food home and 2 of my tacos are inedible because the shell is so incredibly stale. The ones that were edible didn't even have meat in them. Just lettuce cheese and way too much sauce. With this kind of service. They'll be out of business in no time.

Cheesy Gordita Crunch should have been called Stale Unchewable Garbage. I ordered five of these for a group and 3 of 5 were not edible. We also ordered cruchy supreme tacos which came without the Supreme and were soggy and falling apart. The only good thing was the mountain dew.

This store has struggled the past few years, BUT the past few times I’ve been there, my experience has been great. They currently only do drive-thru, but it usually goes pretty quickly. The employees have been really friendly and they consistently get the order correct. The food is hot, made well, and delicious.

We order thru app and driving thru to pick up. My kid eat the pizza but taste bitter and then ask me to check. It did bitter and smells bad oil. So I drove back to return it. The staff didn’t help and says it is smells normal but doesn’t try to tast the other two never touched pizza. They also refuse to refund me as it is online order.Really bad experience and understand now why this store need combine with KFC to be alive.

10/10 would highly recommend, Nando gave us the best drive thru experience I've ever had in my entire life!!! Fantastic customer service and incredibly friendly. They were super busy but Nando made the wait a breeze!
I will NEVER go back to this location again. The employees in the back were talking VERY loud to each other, and the conversation was very unprofessional and awkward for everyone in the dining room listening.This Taco Bell should hire more professional people. They were so loud and rude everybody in the dining room just left...Horrible experience! Ugh

I have been getting food from this location for a few years. I haven't had bad experience even when I go there late at night. Like everywhere else they are also short on staff. Last time I was there a few days ago, they were out of some KFC menu items which I was okay with. Other than that it has good.

Extremely rude lady at the drive thru. Rolling her eyes and talking under her breath cause I wanted a soda instead of a freeze. Happened on 9/04/22. They lock the inside despite accepting orders for in store pick up. Forcing you to go through their very slow drive thru.
