After arriving I was quickly greeted by the bartender and served a nice cold beer. I eventually ordered some boneless wings. 45 minutes later I was out of beer and I had no wings. When I asked about my food It was brought out cold and the celery and BC was hot and flimsy. The bar tender told me the manager was supposed to help her run food but was busy working on television channels. I told the bartender that the televisions don’t “earn” money but the food and beer supports all. For the record, I tipped the bartender $10 on $7.xx (whatever a large draft Coors light cost on Friday). Not happy.

Im sitting here looking around. The place is empty, why am I not being served? I look around and see a woman talking to a customer for 10 mins and knew this was my server. She came to me as if I had interrupted her conversation because she saw me looking around for a server! Waiting on my food to see if its wrong smh! Restaurant managers should be paying close attention to their staff.

Holy cow, terrible experience. My family waited 45 mins for our food and still nothing. Two families who came in about 10 (fam of 4) and 25 minutes (fam of 8) after us received their appetizer and food before us. There were about 10 total excluding us at the time.Waitress didn't seem to care nor apologetic, just a "deal with it" attitude. Manager Jessica didn't seem to care much either when I informed her of the wait time and that we were going to leave. Thanks to them we were late to a ticketed event. One of the worst restaurant experiences ever.
