I CAN'T AND WOULDN'T MAKE THIS STORY UP!This Walmart has always had bad customer service but I've continued to go there because it's so close to my house and because I like to leave my car at the Cactus Carwash and walk over to get groceries. I'm not going back again. They no longer have humans checking out customers. It's BAD! DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 5 items to purchase! It will take forever. My 8 year old and I went in today to get a few items but ended up getting 30-40 (as usual). When we went to check out we realized that we had to do the self checkout. I wasn't happy but maintained my composure. My daughter (again...she's 8) kept looking over to a woman who had a baby in the cart and buying groceries. She said "mommy, she has a lot of groceries and nobody is helping her". I looked and told her I agreed while taking her swimsuits off the crazy hangers. She mentioned it again as we were leaving - how that woman with a baby had to bag her own groceries while 3 employees stood there and watched! I recall seeing one worker but she said there were, at one point, 3 employees watching this poor woman check out and bag her own groceries....and it was a lot! I REGRET NOT WALKING OVER THERE AND HELPING THAT WOMAN BAG HER GROCERIES! When we got home we realized there was a package of vacuum belts in the bottom of the trash can I bought! We totally stole something from Walmart - had NO idea! Nobody was around to notice if we took clothes off hangers or if we had groceries inside our 13 gallon trash can!! How can they be saving money by doing this?? I'll return the belts tomorrow of course ...the nightmare continues (I have a belt-less vacuum, BTW).

This place truly deserves only 2 stars because of non existent customer service which is typical for any Walmart. But long lines to cashier? In this technological day not being able to resolve the automated cashier line, CTO of Walmart needs to get fired. You are literally losing sales because of the cashier bottleneck. Don't blame it on Amazon

I wish I could leave a 0 star. It took me more than 1 hour to pick up an online order .first, the pickup kiosk is down. Someone finally came by but told me I had to go to garden center. Went to garden center, then was told I had to use an app to check in first. Took me 10 minutes to find the parking spot for pickup. Have waited for 10 minutes. No delivery yet. I will never shop at this Walmart again. It needs a new manager!

This place is the worst... chaos - never enough cashiers... they close after you are waiting online... and it is filthy... but hey the prices are great!

I like the variety of grocery items and clothes they have but I am not going to buy anymore things here or on their website because the people in the customer service center here is so rude and not helpful nowadays. However, the cashiers are another story. I have found that most of the cashiers here are very friendly and the people at the front of the store are as well.The people in the customer service center here is so rude though. They have a way of not making you feel welcomed in their store. Every time I come in the store to return an item this guy named Girish always complains about it and how many times I come there to return things. Other customer service people have too. I come in many other times to but groceries too though.This is the 2nd time I have come into Walmart this month to return something though and that is no way to treat a customer. He doesn't seem to understand that the items they sell online are not in every store. I'm a short, little indian woman who is 4"5" tall and 37 years old so it's hard for me to find clothes in my size and when I find clothes online that I think will fit me I buy in bulk and then return the other items. Every time I come in he always says 'why do you keep returning things. You come here so many times.' That is no way to speak to a customer.He speaks to me like I have no right returning things at Walmart or shopping there. Also I was very surprised that Walmart didn't have an alternate way to give their customers their online orders because their tower was down. I was told to come back tomorrow again. Another way to make you feel like you are not welcomed. This is the reason I hate coming here and have been going to Target much more. The customer service over at Target knows how to speak to their customers. Even though the prices may be a little higher there I'll rather go to Target if it means I will be appreciated.

Shitty customer service even for a Walmart. I know we're in COVID times but still. I got yelled at for walking in the wrong entrance and was told I needed to walk back out and come in the other door even though I was already in the store. Like what?! Then while shopping for kids toys an employee stood at the end of the aisle tapping her foot with her hands on her hips. Idk if she was waiting for me to leave to clean the aisle or what.

I tried going to the Costco in Alpharetta, but there was a line of 40 to 50 customers waiting to enter the store. As a result, I decided to drive across the street and shop at the Walmart. The prices at Walmart are definitely lower than other grocery chains, but they aren't as low as Costco. The store was busy, and many of the shelves were empty due to the virus scare. I had trouble finding some items, and when I asked store associates, one of them gave me bad information. After I finished my shopping, checking out was a nightmare. Out of the 16 available registers, only two of them were open. One register said 20 items or less, but the cashier was checking out customers with full baskets of merchandise. There are two self-serve checkout areas in the store. There were around 20 customers waiting in line to use the self-serve checkout. While the prices at Walmart are always good, the customer service is typically poor. I won't be back anytime soon.

Bought a bed topper to try out. Customer service said I had 90 days to return it after I bought it if I didn't like it as long as I have the receipt and apparently the the associate was wrong. The manager was working to work with me though and the staff was very cool and understanding. They gave me credit back as a gift card. Thanks guys

They have a decent selection as it is a Supercenter but I feel like this particular store proves how Walmarts are kind of going downhill. They have missing prices for many items then they have wrongly posted prices for other items which they do not honor. If you want to find some help ... good luck! If you expect an employee to actually be knowledgeable about an item or even its location... good luck! If you think the employee will take the time to do anything besides say a questionable (most likely inaccurate) isle number of an item your looking for ... well you probably get the point. Poor customer service! Just go to the Milton Target.... the prices are probably better anyways if you use circle app also Target will price match Walmart. Walmart won't even price match their own website. Save your money and save your time!

A lot of cashiers at this Walmart are very slow. They need to go faster and go to work faster and do a little bit better and don't put everything in just one bag do you need to put it in if you bank don't put one item in one bag put 3 to 4 items in a bag. A lot of the cashiers and that finally did not speak and they have attitude. A lot of people at other stores like target Walmart sprouts Kroger Costco and other places there a grocery stores are very nice they take your time but they do it in a nicely timely minute they greet you and speak to you in to speed up your cashiers you need more cashiers do you want to day and at night because people going to frustrated and mad. If I could give no stars, I would. My issue is not with the store itself but with the tire center. I brought my own tire to be installed and was told it would be around 2 hours of waiting. So I had my boyfriend come pick me up so I wouldn't have to wait in shop. 5 hours later I still had not received a call and no one was answering the store phone. I was dropped back off at the tire center and not a soul in sight behind the counter. The worst part is, my car was sitting in the parking lot ready to go (for god knows how long). Not a single person contacted me to let me know it was ready. There was one mechanic in the garage and upon asking him where everyone was, all he would say was "I don't help people inside." Ok? I waited for another hour just for a long line of frustrated people to form and a Walmart manger to come "help." The manager made excuses and never once apologized. I waited a total of 6 hours to get one tire (that i had already purchased and brought in) changed. I will never be back and will tell all of my friends to stay away.

Compared to the regular Walmart stores, these Walmart superstores are very useful. They have a huge selection of all goods and products, and if your looking for it I'm sure they'll have it. Food and beverages are just some of what they have, along with several clothing aisles, and a huge selection of electronics with phones on display if you need them. If you need someone to help you, it might take a second, because it's a big store, but the staff is otherwise nice and there are a huge amount of cash registers in the front so you usually don't have to worry about waiting to purchase your goods for too long, which is great if your in a hurry. Huge stores like these help me if I'm looking for multiple things but if I'm just coming to shop for one specific thing it can be hard to find it in the massive maze of aisles. This store is a very multi-purpose and useful store that can be very helpful on many occasions. Highly suggested.

This is a decent location. I believe if there were better products and service this would excel. Best of luck to this location and it's potential! An issue is that the service at all Wal-Mart locations are not the best. Some are exceptional but not much. I do frequently go to this location but not often. I prefer the Publix which closer. I deem that location a 5 star
