I just started working over in this area. I have been to this Wendy's 3 times now. I can honestly say this Wendy's is the best Wendy's I have been to in my life. The food is always hot, perfect, and the burgers are juicy. Also the drive through is fast. I am going to go in one day and tell all of them what a great job they are doing. Wendy's needs to do something special for this group. A+++Something must have changed. Because the experience I am having is nothing like what the past reviews are saying. I always go in around noon or 1pm. Perfect service and food.

This location never fails to give me another customer's order. I do not recommend visiting this location at all, especially if you are planning on using the drive-thru.

Let's BEGIN,Service is RUDE. If you're not careful they WILL upcharge you like they're the ones making the money. This must be coming from the top. I Went there 2days in a row just to see and sure nuff, they tried to upcharge me again. When I told Joe who was the "drive thru mgr"( the second consecutive day I was there) that I didn't want large combos, he then became rude and spoke over me asking me WHAT DRINK?? before I could finish my sentence telling him I wanted a medium combos. Btw Joe bated and switched the order on the first day by ringing in med orders but by the time I got to the window, it was changed to large so BEWARE!! I'm going to take steps and report them to the BBB. They might RING 1, but they just LOST 1.

You have got to get that fossil out the window. He seriously needs to get with the times. I pulled up for my online order and this guy (at 70-80+ years of age) was so upset I just drove to the window. There was nobody in line. THEN on top of that tells me they haven’t even started my order then got extremely rude even after getting my order wrong started yelling at me practically throwing a tantrum. His attitude made me sick & caused me not to even want my food. Now I’m starving. Thanks again Wendy’s smfh ???Worst. Restaurant. Ever.After 30+ years as a customerI Will not be coming back

They totally forgot my burger and didn't give a receipt. This was a stop on the way home rushing to get to a meeting. Order was a medium Baconator combo, and a cobb salad. Because I saw the fries I assumed they didn't forgot the baconator burger, but they did.

I used to frequent this place a few times a week I always said it was one of the best Wendy's in Atlanta I Revisited this place today and all I got was a junior cheeseburger deluxe and I'm going to tell you it was the freshest darn thing I've ever had! The crew is top shelf the freshness is top shelf that cleanliness is top shelf other Wendy's needs to take note this place is always been managed the right way with great staff thanks again!

Staff defaults to always upsize meals to the large while ordering in the drive-through.This is regardless of staff, so my assumption is management. Recipts are also conveniently only given out if you explicitly drive back around and ask for it.This is a billing issue, and unacceptable practice.Food is fine, but the mild theft is absolely not.
