this is the most awful fast food establishment i have ever witnessed in my life. i don’t even know where to start, first of all i got two separate orders and the guy at the front charged both to one card. it took forever to get the manager over to get my refund so we could pay on the other card. when i got my refund it was given back in dollar bills and change. we finally get to the second window to get our food after 15 minutes. and to a great surprise we have the completely wrong sauces and no fork for the baconater fries the bacon was clearly old the burger had an extreme amount of ketchup they forgot my frosty we got no napkins and no straws. and to top it off everyone in the store but the manager was rude and this took this long when we were one of the only two cars in the drive thru.

We used the drive thru and the Hispanic cashier at the second window was very rude. He kept closing the window wouldn't listen as I was only asking for salt & pepper. He was in a hurry he came back to the window 3 times and never let me speak. He only kept saying that everything I ordered is in the bag. He never heard me, I didn't get my salt & pepper. I picked up a quick dinner after soccer practice for my daughter, because it was her birthday and she loves wendys chicken nuggets, and this Midway Wendy's managed to mess up the entire order. They left out my daughter's 10 chicken nuggets, arguably the most important part, then left out my large fries, which were a rewards redemption, so lost 400pts there, then my son's 4 for 4 Jr cheeseburger, which I ordered with no cheese because he is lactose intolerant, had cheese on it. No one got a complete order. This wendys location is the worst I have ever been to. Only keep trying it because it is so close to the house, and they don't fail to disappoint everyone. Just don't go here. It is the worst run Wendy's in the country.

This specific location NEVER opens up on time. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve stopped at this location anywhere from 6:30am to 6:45am and it’s never open even though they have a big sign on the window stating they start serving breakfast at 6:30am. Can’t really rate the food as I’m never able to get any.

So the only reason I had to give a 1 star review is because 5 times now I have been to this Wendy’s and 5 times they have messed up my order. I ordered 2 Classic singles with cheese, a double Baconator, a bowl of chili and a nuggets. I got 2 Chicken sandwiches instead of 2 burgers this time, the Baconator beef Pattie’s tasted like they had been sitting in the tray for a while or cooked on a dirty grill. The girl who rang us up was very friendly, polite, pleasant and helpful. The bathrooms were pretty dirty and there weren’t any paper towels in the dispenser. My daughter whom I was picking up from work over there stated that she had had the same issue there on several occasions and warned me that I shouldn’t have gone again but I did. I won’t be giving this Wendy’s anymore chances.

Wendy's is under new management and they run a tight ship. Orders are always correct, they are speedy and give excellent service. Big improvement from years ago. I totally recommend this restaurant.

Not very efficient and really just trying to get you in and out , didn’t get my fries and had to go back , no receipt was offered , and my large chili was 3/4 full , you would think they would try just a bit harder …. Even the burger was thrown together like it was assembled on a malfunctioning assembly
Shame on me for being lazy, and not driving to a different location because this Wendy's is the worst. This is not the first time this has happened, but today was the last straw. I ordered online through the Wendy's app and got it delivered rather than going to pick it up. I got everything correct except for the most expensive thing I ordered which happened to be my own food. I got a dollar chicken sandwich instead of the nacho chicken sandwich... big obvious difference. I called about it and the manager made me drive up there to have my order corrected and get a refund. I got there, had to wait forever even though I was the only person there (except the drive thru), and then got my same sandwich back except burnt with some cheese and corn curnels on top. Smdh... no refund, and a waste of my time driving back up there. I would have come out better complaining to door dash, but I know it's not the delivery guys fault so I didn't want to get him in trouble or anything. I wish the old manager was back, at least he could communicate with me and explain why I wasn't able to get my refund...

I'm at a loss of where kindness and service went to.I now know why there is rarely any business here.Just drive further down the road to another restaurant. Obviously owners are absentee landlords collecting rent.

I stopped by around 9:45pm to grab a quick bite to eat. I ordered a JR bacon cheeseburger and crispy chicken sandwich. For the most part my food was hot and tasted good. No real complaints outside of my bacon was extremely crunchy

We were traveling as a group. On Sunday we wanted to go to Wendy's for lunch. Apparently it was closed for dine in. Which is kind of unfortunate. We looked somewhere else for food and chose Burger King. And I think honestly the food is much more better there. Y’all should be working to earn money not close the dine in and only the open the drive through:PYou guys lost 20+ customers that day to Burger King. Lol
