Going to Chick-fil-A to purchase.No customer service these days.

Went late night (about an hour within their closing time) and was shorted on my fries. Just because you are approaching closing time does not mean you can short customers on the portion size to avoid making more food. WE PAY THE SAME PRICE, WE WANT THE SAME PORTION! I will not return to this location.

Very pleasantly surprised with my experience at this one! It was not very busy and we placed a decent sized pickup order from the parking lot — 3 strip baskets with different sauces and side arrangements. Most times it takes around 15 minutes to get my online order. I decided to go through the drive thru 5 minutes after my order and it was ready! Everything was made correctly, fresh, and the employees were courteous. I wish the Zaxbys in my area were like this!Parking: Has its own dedicated parking lot with plenty of space. Never will have an issue with parking.Kid-friendliness: Generally kid friendly. Has some kids meals and the environment is good.Wheelchair accessibility: Standard ADA compliance.
