Service is a whole lot better when I come into the restaurant than when I try to order online. I can't ever speak to a real person when I call. Things would be a lot better if everyone would move away from all the technology and become more personal with the customers. As far as the pizza, it's very good; much better than frozen. The employees there were also very friendly this time. That makes all the difference.

Made a mobile order and was told my wait would be 30 minutes. Arrived about 5 minutes early to see the store wrapped around into the street. After about an hour and a half wait I received my pizzas that were cold af.

Ordered online. Waited 30 minutes and then it shows cancelled and then went up to the store and sat in line for 1 hour and when we got to the window. They ask for the name and we gave it to them and they were running around the store looking lost af then asked two more times for the name and came back only to tell us they canceled our order. Will be reporting to corporate in the morning.

Typically I order a pizza with paid pickup. On the last visit, pizza was ready and great. Window interactions are a bit odd every once and a while.
I ordered on the call in service and opted to pay when I picked up my order. When I got there to pick up I was told my order didn't go through. I was also told I couldn't order inside that I had to call back and order through the call service. I then opted to go elsewhere for pizza. Pizza Hut was amazing. I will not bother with Domino's anymore.

The pizza was NOT GOOD. I mean, drowning in sauce to the point there was no crust in the center of the pizza, so there was literally no ‘pointy end’ of the slice to bite into. The sausage was cut into huge square chunks, which i picked off.. cause thats just disgusting. Couldn’t tell i got extra cheese at all, frozen pizza would’ve been about 25$ cheaper and at least tasted good smothered in ranch (this pizza made the ranch taste bad). Sorry if you work here but dang, I have never been disappointed in dominoes pizza before…

The workers were all over the place. I ordered my food while sitting in the parking lot. I went inside once it said my food was ready, but when I got inside the girl who I paid my money to was like we have to run your wings through again. I had ordered 2 medium pizzas one was a hand toss pepperoni and the other one was a Italian sausage add pineapples with some honey BBQ wings(8). So my question is why would the app tells me my food is ready but everything wasn't done at the same time? Once they hand me my food I sat in the restaurant and look at my food before leaving and luckily I did because they given me the wrong wings (plain boneless wings), then the worker had the nerves to ask me to see my receipt like I was lying. Also, I had a ranch sauce so I ask for another one and the worker going to tell me imma have to charge you for it, like they just haven't given me the wrong food. Like really! I got my food and just left the restaurant after they corrected my wings.
Love the delivery guy that usually brings my pizza. It's good and super friendly.
