I ate there this evening and the food was delicious. The wings were good. Friendly atmosphere and customer service was great. This business gets 10 stars

Chicken fingers with hot honey and onion rings is very good. Nice beer selection too.
Seemed to be a hidden gem. However, we found out it had the best burgers in Americus. GREAT prices, and cold beer.

They missed several customers due to not being open at 5-5:30 pm on 7/26/2023. They were supposed to be open at 4 pm. No explanation posted on the door.

Not really a "sports bar", but there are a few TVs in the place and some of them were on, but no variety of sports. I think all may have been tuned to fake rasslin. Food was mediocre. Might be a good place to drink. But not to eat.
We decided to try this restaurant for the first time on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. The staff at the bar seemed unenthusiastic about our presence. We seated ourselves and started looking at the menu. After several minutes of waiting for a server, we asked the bartender where the server was to which he responded, “you order up here.” So, you let a new customer sit for an extended period of time and was just never going to let them know the process? Rude. We left. Work on your customer service!

Really enjoy the Thursday night ping pong tournament. Just wish they’d move the ping pong table out some, doesn’t seem super fair to the person playing in the smaller space.

They refused to place my order I over the phone. I ordered wings and chicken egg rolls. Once the waitress came back on the phone and told me they wasn't taking any more orders over the phone. I stated it was some B.S. I did not cuss at the waitress but making known that was crazy after I had already place my order. Nevertheless I said would come down and order them. Then when I got there, the waitress went to go get the cook. The cook came to me and said we not cooking your food because I stayed the policy was bS. So I didn't argue just left, as a small business owner myself. There were serial different ways this could have been handled.
