We were here on 3/16/24 for my nieces 33rd birthday dinner. We walked in and the room fell silent. No one greeted us until we stood there for 15 mins or so. Mind you we had reservations for the room to the side. It was nice but no air, vacuum cleaner in the corner, just awful. So we preceeded to order, got the best peach drops so we thought the food would be equally as good. That was not the case. We ordered our food around 6:30 ish didn't get the cold undercooked food until about 8 after they had cleared the main dining area. Our server tried to apologize but it was awful especially the green beans, my bourbon glazed chops were not seasoned dry and tough. We sent back the green beans only to get more undercooked beans. The birthday girls salad was just lettuce with wet Bleu cheese on it. And then spoke to John the chef told him about the green beans he took them off but we still paid some hefty bills for bad service. It's a shame that we are still dealing with this in 2024. I personally won't be going back. And the birthday girls steak had no flavor or sauce. I would hope that as much as Americus is growing this would not be the ongoing treatment, because if it is It Must Be Changed Immediately!

Had breakfast at Rosemary & Thyme this morning. Ordered an omelet, which I have had several times here before, always in the past delicious. The omelet served this morning was "swimming " in oil. I tried to eat the egg off the top but the entire omelet was drenched in oil. So sad, the restaurant is better than this. Won't be back for breakfast for awhile.

Food is always delicious! For dinner I get the chicken Parmesan. I'd also highly recommend going to their brunch on Sundays!

Willow my server was one of the most energetic, dedicated, customer oriented servers I've ever had. Madison the manager is the glue that keeps everything right and tight. Food was excellent, dessert the finest, coffee the freshest. Thank you so much for a memorable experience.

The food was delicious. Good quality steaks, and what you'd expect when in a fine dining restaurant.

Food was not representative of what was on the menu! Two pieces of southern fried chicken turned out to be four chicken wings. Felt like I was ordering off the children’s menu except it was $15.

We had breakfast here and it was absolutely wonderful. The food was great - eggs, cheese grits, thick cut bacon, hash browns, biscuits, omelettes - even the coffee was awesome and they kept our cups filled and piping hot! The architecture and ambience of the Windsor is amazing. I was shocked that every table wasn't full, especially since the prices were so low - $9 a person. That could easily have been much more in other areas. Americus has a true gem here!

I ordered a bacon avocado sandwich with hash browns. They served it with waffle fries. The sandwich was put on a plate without being cut in half, no garnish. Just pick up the whole sandwich in your hands. Poor!!!! For $14. Overpriced and kitchen needs some training. Servers were good, but will not be back.
