The young lady that was working the drive-through window was very nice. I had ordered an original Hamburg, and I asked for it to be loaded with fries. The very best hamburger I have ever eaten from a fast food restaurant, hands down. Came out perfectly, and the fries were hot and fresh. Kudos, my friends!

Thank y'all for saving the day.Back in Jan.I ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday,from DQ in Tifton. Received an order confirmation from them and the day before pick up,I called them to as about it.They had NO cake order for me and yet they had sent order confirmation,which I saved on my phone.In a panic,I went to DQ in Ashburn,told them what I needed and they promised to have one ready for the next day,and they DID!! Thank you DQ in Ashburn for saving the day!!

I love the local DQ in Ashburn, GA. It is attached to the Shell Station/Mini Market, and has a friendly & helpful customer service protocol as far as I've seen. Owner/Operator (Nick) walked thru the dine-in area, greeted us and other visitors, Spent a minute chatting with us and made sure our order was ok and checked to see if we needed anything. Convenient for me to drive thru also, because I'm wheelchair bound and don't always have the ability to get myself inside. But when I have driven thru or gone inside, their service and food is always as expected, or better, and always hot.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room inside to maneuver, easy sidewalk access ramp, parking, and wheelchair accessible restroom.

I ordered a parfait and asked to exchange the peanuts for pecans due to allergies and caramel for the hot fudge. This restaurant charged extra for both but didn't credit for the peanuts nor the hot fudge. I know pecans cost more than peanuts but not $2 more! Plus the owner was very rude when I questioned the extra cost. If you want to be overcharged for substitutes this place is for you. As for me I won't be back!

6 employee's standing around talking and after a few minutes one decided to take our order. Also, I had no big chunks of butterfinger in my blizzard and very few chunks in my blizzard period. It was almost a vanilla blizzard. Disappointing.
