Just picked up an online order. Fries were cold and only 1/2 full, nuggets were tiny, didn’t get my drink that came with the $9.00 meal and the sauces were missing too.

We went to KFC because we needed a quick dinner to feed a lot. My husband order 12 original w/3 sides and 12 stripes w/3 sides. We was in a rush to get home and after opening we had 6pc Crispy 2 sides and cold strips w/ 3 sides. We only live 8 minutes from town. Not to mention when we pulled up everyone was out back smoking and not just cigarettes, we set at the order menu for several minutes waiting for someone to go in and take our order. I tried to call after I got home and left a message after several attempts of calling and still no call back. I am a General Manager of a franchise restaurant and I’d fire this whole crew because this isn’t the first CSR they have had I’m sure.

If I had to rank all of my kfc meals, this one would be at the bottom. Biscuit was dry and hard. Chicken needed to cook a tad longer. Friendly customer service tho.

KFC was delicious. The cashier was very professional also. I normally do not like using drive thru services, but it was pleasant this time. The food was very, very hot and fresh. I will be going back again soon.

Can't believe we waited in drive through for over 15 minutes.Unacceptable during dinner time. Who's responsible for this? Drove up to the drive throught window at 6:04pm according to the receipt, it's now 6:21pm and still waiting.
