Stopped by here on a trip with my family. We went inside and they told us we all needed mask. We walked outside to our vehicle and grabbed our mask. To walk back inside and find out that there's a 40 minute wait. Don't send me out to my vehicle with my family of 5 to grab mask for us to come back in and tell us that we can't be seated for 40 minutes.

This location has been permanently closed for several weeks - never reopened after shut down due to Covid-19. Not sure how some other review could have been for this place in the last week

Host wanted to turn away business due to “kitchen being behind” asked to speak to manager and same host came back out saying the kitchen isn’t behind but it will be 15 minutes to clean the tables off now. Apparently business isn’t important. Worst experience of my life.

I walked to Applebees for dinner yesterday from the dump of a hotel Hampton Inn. Because of the corona virus the restaurant wasn't busy. The staff was very friendly. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a beer. They had a 28 oz special for $3.00. The burger and fries were good, the beer was cold, and it was Monday burger special. My bill was less than $10:00. I gave them a hefty tip and left full and happy.

Our waitress did a fine job. But it took the food forever before it came out. The prime rib sandwiches were like eating tasted shoe leather, extremely overcooked and dry! I would not recommend this particular Applebee's to anyone.

My friends and I went last night for the $1 drink deal plus food. There were so many empty tables and booths yet we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Once we sat we waited another 15 minutes to be served. We ordered appetizers and drinks. 45 minutes later we had nothing and the waitress did not even address the issue, bring water, or even come near our table. There were so many tables that were not even clean and had plates everywhere. The bartender was no where in sight plus there were several cops in the kitchen, so I don't know what was going down. We finally just left because of the ridiculous service. We will not be back and that's on chilis.

I'm not the type of person that gets on here to bash a restaurant or establishment. I can tell they were short of help. The bartender was waiting tables and working a FULL bar! The hostess took my drinks and the manager took my order. The food was awesome, some of the best I've had at any Applebee's. We know it's flu season, so maybe they were short because of sickness. So please think twice before bashing any establishment. I usually leave a 20% tip but in this case, I just could not.

The food was very good and the service was also very good. it was conveniently located next to our hotel. The restaurant was very clean.
I placed a order for my staff and gave sufficient time for the order to be ready. Arriving 10 minutes after the time that it said it will be ready Not only was it not ready the order was completely wrong. I request to speak with the manager and I inquired what was the Les she did state that the order was made wrong but no apologies for any inconvenience I advised that I was on a work schedule with my lunch she didn't say anything she walked back into the kitchen they continue the order was not ready until another 20 minutes and Not only was it still incorrect it was cold I will never eat at this Applebee's never do service with this Applebee's. I then called and request speak to a manager they had me on hold literally for 20 minutes before someone pick up the phone and hung it back up. That speaks volume on customer service is speak volume on how your food is prepared.

We walked in and was never greeted by anyone, several waitresses walked by and never looked our way. We stood in the waiting area for a 5 minutes before a host came to sit us, as she walked away we all heard her (STACY) Say that she was "tired of this" I'm not exactly sure what she was referring to but she shouldn't have said it to where customers could hear.

We visited around noon on Sunday. We were nearly the first patrons in the restaurant. It took awhile for the waitress to arrive and take drink orders. We ordered simple entrees and they took a long time to arrive from the kitchen. Food was very good. Salads were fresh and crisp. Hot food was served hot. We did not feel rushed. Parking was plentiful. Management made certain that we were satisfied with our meals.

Server was extremely slow and inattentive. Our appetizers came out AFTER our food, we had 2 alcoholic drinks made improperly, and this is not the first time my friends and I have been to this location and not been happy with the service. Don’t waste your time coming to this location!!
