I went in and used coupons and still had to pay $25.00. I was asked to donate to humane society for a free milkshake. I donated. Then I asked for a receipt. The receipt machine/printer was not working. So, I have no way of showing I donated.When I got my food, part of the order was missing. I literally had to stand and wait over 20 minutes for the item. By then the rest of my food was cold. When I sat down I realized my order for a roast beef gyro was actually lamb. Nobodies order was correct the whole time I was there. They forgot one person’s order completely. It was total chaos with no apologies whatsoever!! Bad customer service. Bad food. Wrong food. And no way to prove it without my receipt. I will not eat here again. This Arby’s has been going down hill for a while!!
The food had a good taste and was cooked correctly. They did not ask what sauce I wanted and they did not put any sauce in the bag. I had to go back in and get the sauce. Also the buffalo chicken slider was on the wrong bread and the chicken was smaller than my pinky. The chicken slider was too expensive for me to only get a piece of one. They are also supposed to come in a box and they came in a wrapper so the sauce got everywhere. ?

This is the best fast food restaurant in town and the best Arby's I've ever been to. Seriously, whatever management is doing, please keep doing it. This is the one place in town, fast food or otherwise, that I can count on to give me exactly what I ordered, cooked fresh, and handed over with a smile.Seriously, they should go in with chick fil and write an employee training manual for all other restaurants because somehow no one else can figure out how to get and keep employees that care. This place is spot on 100% of the time.

The girl at the drivethru was a smartallic. She was the most rude person ever. She even left our sauce out of the bag after she ask us three times what we wanted and we had to get out and go in to get it. The beef was cold too. I have been going to this Arbys since it opened and it is horrible now.

Ordered two sandwiches at drive up menu. Paid with cash at pick up window. Our sandwiches were quickly assembled by a young man then promptly handed to girl at the pick up window. Took 5-7 minutes for her to make change and hand us our order.
Went through the drive thru to grab dinner and was easily impressed by how quickly I moved through the line and the food was yummy, as per the norm... thus far!
