Finally tried barberitos since moving to Georgia. It was ok. Better than chipotle first and foremost. But I was not impressed with anything. There're more choices for topping your burrito, salad or bowl. Which is nice. But the food was meh. What really unimpressed me was the cost vs quality! I ordered a burrito bowl dbl meat add guacamole. And a large queso to go with the "free" chips. $22! Plus tip!! Ok lemme splain! Like I said the food was just meh. And the queso was lame. No flavor or seasoning. Just cheese. Maybe Jack. Not even pepperjack! And no seasoning at all. And they charge you over $6 for a large which is 8oz. That's $96/gallon!!!??? Could you at least add some chili powder to the queso?? At least make it taste better for that price!

My visits previously were a bit unsavory to say the least. But this last visit! Wow! They did an amazing job! All the right food made with a smile and a better attitude than prior visits. Good job Barberitos!

If you are no longer going to let senior citizens purchase a child’s meal, then at least offer a senior discount. Seniors do not eat huge meals. Try to understand this fact and that we are on limited budgets.Parking: Very crowded parking.

Food quality is great, but mobile order accuracy is pretty bad. We have yet to have a mobile order correctly fulfilled.

This place is an absolute dump. Not sure why reviews on google are 4.2 but I would have definitely avoided this place if I had checked yelp first. To start with the service is beyond poor. The girls behind the counter have zero customer service skills. The food was tolerable but the restaurant is beyond disgusting. How this place has a 91 food score is beyond me! We found ONE clean table (mind you, we were the only people in there and they looked like they had plenty of time to tidy up and clean the dining area) but later I found the reason why, they just stand behind the counter and eat. Wow! Literally everything in that place was filthy, trash and food all over the floors and tables, the bathroom was filthy. I feel like I need a shower. To be honest, we were starving and didn't even notice anything until it was time to sit after we had already ordered and paid for our food. But noted for next time, avoid this health hazard. Gross!!

Food wasn't as warm as I imagined it should be. Great customer service here though probably due to the fact that every employee I interacted with had either just obtained a driver's permit or within 90 days of one! So everyone was as chipper and polite. Great place if you're into positive vibes.

We went to the location off highway 29 for dinner on a week night. The store was filthy. The workers seemed like they didn’t care about anything. Even behind the counter where they were working was messy. Food and chips everywhere. They didn’t care that the tables and floors were nasty and their attitudes were just as bad. Hire better people.

Never once in over two years of pandemic have we ordered take out from here and gotten a correct order. Every single time they mess it up. It's a real disappointment to end a long hard work week paying to have a burrito delivered to you through Cosmic just to find it inedible because it's full of ingredients you didn't order and are allergic to. I wouldn't write this if it happened once or twice but it is every single time. We're tired of wasting our money and trying to plan a chill weekend dinner only to have it ruined. Ppl order their food a certain way for a reason and if you can't respect it then stop offering take out.

Whoever is working the register at this time has amazing customer service! I didn't catch his name but he is wearing glasses and a hair net and he made a chaotic lunch rush great for the customers. Very kind!
