Wow! Talk about sloppy and no thought of presentation at all. Food is throw to the dish.... dripping in everything along the way. Guys using hands instead of spoons for all the toppings.... hope no one has a good allergy! By far the worst experience at a Moe's, Chipotle or Barbaritos!
Do not EVER order from this location online. You need to supervise your own order. Every time we order from here, our orders are consistently wrong. It is really frustrating and insulting to pay that much for food, just to find out your order is missing something so fundamental as queso.

Heard a lot about this place. Finally, I got to try it out in Athens. Many options to choose from, I got the vegan ? burrito, salad in a tortilla bowl. It was loaded with veggies, beans, rice. Very flavorful ? also got a side of guacamole and chips. Guac was fresh and delicious. Would definitely come back for some ? ? ? & the green tomatillo salsa ... Keep up the good service!

They advertise gluten free bowls, but then put their contaminated gloves into the bins to retrieve toppings. If you have Celiac or a Wheat allergy do not eat here.

The food portions are huge. The food tasted good. The prep line barely spoke to us as we ordered. They labeled my mom's food incorrectly, so they overcharged us for it. When we mentioned it, they simply said it was the same price. It wasn't, but I didn't feel like debating it. The table was sticky and not level. It moved anytime one of the four of us moved. The bathroom had no toilet paper and no paper towels. The dining area and drink area were messy. Their health score is 89, and it should probably be lower.

Was met at the door 16 minutes before closing and was told they were closed. I got in my car to call and make a complaint but the phone was answered and laid down, and left off of the hook until the actual closing time. (I'm assuming so no call in orders could be made.)

Got nachos with queso and then was charged extra for it. Why am I being charged for something that it’s supposed to come with? It even says on their sign that nachos come with queso or shredded cheese. Why did they ask me if I want shredded cheese or queso without explaining that I’m going to be charged for queso when I have never been charged for queso on my nachos at the other locations. And then when I asked about it and explained that I didn’t realize it was an extra cost the workers were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Super frustrating and I will never come to this location again.
