Seems like it doesn't matter where you go for fast food. The quality of service and the food is horrible!!!! Maybe Congress should pass a bill to eliminate fast food chains. What's the point in them anyway. True, folks need a job but geez.....these places are on the same level as vending machines

There was a young man that waited on me and he was so polite and mannerable. It was raining terribly and he carried my food and walked me out. I tried to tip him, but he refused. This is customer service at its best! Thank you so much young man. You know who you are!

Update...Went tonight after getting off work and ordered a 12piece family meal with 3 sides...when I got back home to feed my family I opened the box and there was 10 biskets and 4 pieces of chicken that looked like it was cook several hours before. Only received 2 of my sides. Tried calling the number for the Lexington store from Google, and they said that I had the wrong number and that this was the Bogart store.I'm not sure why all the chicken fast food places here on the East Side can't give decent service.

The woman at the front counter was very rude, I got the feeling she really didn't want to take my order. Maybe because I came inside and not the drive thru. I have also visited this particular restaurant several times because it's close to my job and Everytime I come the food is old. Fries are hard and cold chicken is disgusting. Sorry I'll never be back

Absolute worst experience. We ordered 2 sausage biscuits, two pieces of sausage and an egg in the dining room. We waited over 5 minutes with no one in front of us to place our order. We waited at a table inside for over 20 minutes while multiple members of the staff were laughing and using profanity all across the kitchen and dining room. I finally came back up to the counter to inquire about the wait seeing our food under the counter warmer. The girl changing the trash walked into the back and grabbed our good without washing her hands and we left. I will never go back.

Tried going in yesterday morning around 11, drive through was out into the road. Only 5 people in line inside, after 13 minutes and the line hadn’t moved I asked the people in front of me how long they had been waiting and when they said 30 minutes I walked out. Worst service I’ve ever seen. I enjoy the food but won’t be back until y’all get some competent people to work.

The staff was very nice. This is why I gave a 2 & not a 1. I was told the chicken was fresh, but the oil was dark. Boy what an understatement! The chicken tasted like it had been fried in burnt oil. You couldn't even taste the spices, which is what I enjoy about your chicken. Even though I was warned about the oil, I feel this deserves purchase deserves a refund. I have pictures of the burnt chicken.

Again terrible service will ruin fast food.Twice I have been through to place an order twice they say we don’t have that and twice I have asked you don’t have that or it needs to be cooked. They answer with we have it but it needs to be cooked will take 10 min.To lazy to cook the food “main items on a menu mind you” would rather just tell you they don’t have it.Hands down worst fast food service in Athens.

Struggle to find consistency at this location. Food has never been great…Bo Rounds ice cold inside one time, Biscuits and meat are never the same and just have to throw them out. Continue to give it a shot since the drive thru opens at 5am but I’d almost rather pass on breakfast all together at this
