Placed an online order for pickup on 12/30/22. Order contained mashed potatoes with gravy, 1 family size and 1 side. Picked up order in drive-thru as dining room was closed. Pulled over to check order and there are NO mashed potatoes. Go back around and sit in the drive-thru line to tell them. They say they are out of mashed potatoes. SO they were just planning on saying nothing or offer an alternative?They also didn't include the kids meal we ordered, they were out of gravy as well, and we had 2 drinks, one of which we got but it was wrong, and the other we didn't even get.Look I get businesses are short staffed, and we have no problem waiting if need be. AND we understand that there may be outages of food...but when customers are paying twice as much for 2/3 to half as much food as we used to get...shouldn't they at least TELL the customer instead of having them drive back around and wait to tell you what you already knew? Sounds pretty sneaky to me.We will never go back to this Bojangles ever again, and it will be a LONG time before we go again to any Bojangles if ever. Almost $47 and we were disappointed that they tried to pull one over on us and we still walked away with an inaccurate order.

We pulled in the drive thru at 10:22am. We didn’t get to order our food until 10:34am. We were not able to pay until after 10:58am. We sat at the window watching our food get cold and our ice in our drinks melt from 10:44am until we finally paid at 10:58am.This is ridiculous service and not to mention their food score on the window is 81 B for food safety. Then to top it off the little boy running the window got an attitude when we asked for jelly and said they were under staffed.

Hands down the slowest service ever. More people left the drive thru line than were served. 25 minutes from the time I entered the drive thru line until I received my order. This is a regular occurrence at this location. They lose thousands of dollars a day because people leave without waiting to get food.

Place is dysfunctional as they come. Several times they have shut down drive through while cars are sitting in line waiting for 15 mins or more.This morning I waited 10 mins then line moved quick, but when I got to speaker.. I hear “You gonna have to come inside!”Please get your stuff together!

Honestly, I have never been to Bojangles. So I did not know what to expect. Also had no clue what to order BUT, I believe her name was Regina or Gina, she was the biggest help! And what she suggested I try for my first visit, it was absolutely delicious! So thank you all and thank you Regina of the Hwy 29, Athens Ga Bo's!

This place has great food . The best time to go is in the morning. There must be a manager on the first shift. It's always busy and the food is good . But In the afternoon every time I have tried to get a family meal no matter what chicken I get it's always a 30 minute wait. For them to cook the chicken.( I thought it was fast food ) I know that the frier has been on since breakfast . Lol ? Good food ? My best advice is to go before supper.

Ordered a family meal… food was missing. Trying to contact the store because we do not live close and no answer.This is extremely annoying and on top of that the wait was a little bit much. The wait I could handle though if that meant fresh food. But the amount of time it took to receive our order everything should have been there.

Haven’t had Bojangles in a while so gave it a try …Old or over cooked chicken, no biscuit in the box, no gravy on the potatoes !!!!! Give me a fukin break get your crap together or close down. Totally ridiculous thanks for ruining my dinner!! Don’t waste your money

All the staff was standing outside when I first got here ordered my 8peice chicken meal it was horrible cold and old.. its treatable to be giving nasty food for you hard earned money just to be thrower in the trash..

I went through the drive through and I asked specifically if a biscuit came with a combo and the woman said yes, but then did not give me a biscuit. So then I went inside and she smashed my biscuit then gave it to me. After I got back to my car I had to go back inside again because I realized she did not give me silverware with my order. Each time I went inside she never apologized.
I placed an order at 9 am for curbside can’t go In because I am disabled it is now 10:10 am no food and no one will answer the phone but they sure took my money

This was a horrible experience before we even got food. I was greeted with a crude welcome in the drive thru. I placed my order and pulled forward. While sitting at the window I could hear the whole store was in some sort of an uproar. I was then asked to pull forward and they would bring my order out. I waited for over ten minutes before I finally went in to ask about my order. Just to find out it was apparently given to someone else or never even made so they remade my order and still got it wrong. Mainly because they added stuff I didn't order

Morning and Lunch Staff are a hard working crew...your food is usually pretty quick and always hot. Being across the road from BMW, they are always busy, but usually up to the challenge. Ms. Lizzy keeps the dining room clean part time and does a fine job!
