There was a flashing "OPEN" sign on the door and the hours on the door said 11AM to 8PM... but the lights were off and the door was locked.

Easy to find on Barnett Shoals, but not what I expected. The tables needed cleaning, so we asked for a rag. Ordering was interesting, because they don't have descriptions for the items they can make. The tea was not what we expected. I would not go back . The display case was empty and the menu says nothing about desserts anyway. I guess we did not have the same experience other people have had. Don't stay too long as chairs are uncomfortable after awhile.

The banh mi at this place is a blessing to Athens. Fresh ingredients, a freshly baked baguette and the sauce is just amazing. Tried both the grilled pork and the bulgogi beef. I preferred the grilled pork as the bulgogi was just a bit chewy. But overall, one of the best sandwiches in town!

Their Banh Mi sandwiches are very good. Bread is normally pretty fresh - have only experienced bread that tasted more chewy and hard to eat once. The Bulgogi Beef sandwich is always a safe bet. The kids who work there look to be college age so don't expect exemplaryservice. I personally haven't had a problem - mostly speaking towards their knowledge of the menu etc. It's perfect for takeout if you are looking for something quick that isn't the typical fast food.
I had the pleasure of joining Bon de Paris for their grand opening, and getting to try the pork baguette sandwich and a boba milk tea! I thought both were incredible! Very, very delicious ? I will definitely go back for the sandwich and the Boba, if I had to find one complaint, it was that my baguette was just a little bit too hard and kinda hurt to bite. They could’ve just been working out the king size of new business, though so I have no problem giving them a second chance! So this place has a limited menu, bon mi, drinks and desserts. But that's okay. If you're looking for a departure from your average lunch or fast food, I recommend this place. The sandwiches are delicious. I think what makes this place stand out is the bread, it is incredibly fresh and buttered. Makes for an a very enjoyable sandwich It's hard to find fresh bread like that on a sandwich for less than $10. I think the B1bon mi is probably going to be the best.Definitely added This place to my list when I'm in Athens

We have tried 12 different boba drinks so far and all have been delicious! They are made quick and perfect each time! We love this place and come just for the boba ?

The service is lacking, unhygienic and snail slow. Even with three people working and no line, I waited more than 30 minutes for a sandwich. I watched one staff members empty a dustpan and then make sandwiches without changing gloves. Another staff members had their long hair untied back and touched it while handling food. Their food has been tasty on previous visit, now I worry about eating it.

The sandwiches are tasty. The service is lacking. The pace is snail slow and unpracticed . It took 30 minutes to get a sandwich when there was no line. They had to bake more bread in the middle of lunch shift and were not , for example hearing some up while doing another task. I saw one of the staff members sweep and throw away garbage and go back to making sandwiches without changing her gloves.One of the staff members had long hair that was not tied up. It might be a better restaurant with more oversight, training, and hygiene guidelines.
