I ordered a ham, egg & cheese croissant and I received sausage instead. NOT WHAT I ORDERED! Hash browns were hard, cold & greasy & the drink tasted flat. The person that took my payment never spoke to me, just took my card & I didn’t receive receipt. I do have payment proof from my bank account. I won’t be eating there again. Look at pictures and see how much grease came from food. And look At hash browns. I ate 2 & they weren’t edible.

This is the best Burger King with in a 100 mile radius from Hartwell!Love ❤️ coming here!Parking: Only downfall is this parking lot is absolutely horrible. Huge pot holes everywhere. I've been coming for years and know it hasn't been fixed at least the last 4 years.I mean giganormous(yeah I meant this spelling) potholes.

I ordered a double cheeseburger meal. I get my meal and there were two burgers in the bag. I asked what was In here. With a bad attitude she says, “what you ordered”. I said I ordered a meal. She proceeded to argue with me! And was still arguing when I pulled off. Never again. The food was good, but the pitiful employee reaction is rediculous! Will not EVER go back there. I understand people have bad days, but this was inexcusable!

This location just cannot get our order correct. We come back and try about once every 3 months. They have NEVER gotten our order right or complete. This evening we ordered a whopper with cheese and a bacon Swiss Crispy king. We got two huge double meat sandwiches with no cheese. Good food. Not what we ordered. Because we were in drive thru with someone behind us we did not check til we got home.
Any time you ask for a recipe they tell you it’s down, they don’t have paper . But if something is wrong with your food they ask for the receipt.. or don’t answer the phones. They say you can take a picture of the screen.. pretty ghetto if you ask me if a customer can’t even get a receipt when they order food. The attitudes are awful. They can’t even get an order right.

The staff are terrible and once again my order was wrong. Very wrong. At this point, I encourage everyone to leave this place alone so it can close for good.
