Jefferson was always prompt to communicate and delivered everything with efficiency and speed. His work was top-notch and our guests really enjoyed taking photos with his creation as the backdrop. I originally called to use Bulldog Florist to provide me 3 Asian themed floral arrangements for my husband's birthday I was giving at a Japanese restaurant. I worked exclusively with the owner, Jefferson, via phone to design the arrangements. I realized they made cakes. So I ordered a German chocolate cake to the order. I am so happy I did. They delivered all the arrangements and the cake to the restaurant. The flowers were beautiful and the cake was probably the best I have ever eaten. The cake was very moist and the chocolate icing was like eating fudge. I wish I had taken a picture of the cake but I was so busy singing happy birthday before I cut it. I will definitely use Bulldog florist and Careaway cakes again. They were fantastic!

These guys are the prime example of why you should shop local! They truly care about their customers and the gifts they deliver. I helped my mom put in an order for a stuffed animal and balloons to be delivered to my dad at work for their anniversary but CareAway didn’t have the stuffed animal we ordered in stock nor one shape of the balloons. These guys are the prime example of why you should shop local! They truly care about their customers and the gifts they deliver. I’m not one who normally writes reviews but these guys deserve it 100%. I helped my mom put in an order for a stuffed animal and balloons to be delivered to my dad at work for their anniversary but CareAway didn’t have the stuffed animal we ordered in stock nor one shape of the balloons. They called and apologized profusely and offered to replace both with something “bigger and better” which was fine with us. My mom had ordered a standard, desk-sized doggie plush that was holding an “I Love You” sign, however, since it was out, they sent him a giant stuffed teddy bear. Well, we have a 15 pound dachshund (long “sausage” dog) and she decided it belonged to her the second my dad set it on the sofa. (She’s totally not spoiled rotten or anything...) This bear is almost twice her size and it is the funniest thing in the entire world to watch her trying to carry it around. It was a great replacement and, for the icing on the cake, our night’s entertainment as well. We are all very happy that CareAway cared enough to take the time and initiative to make the phone call and offer the replacements instead of just shrugging it off and refunding the money for what they didn’t have like most chain companies would have done.
