My first time ordering here and i purchased a Tres Leches cake and OMG… it was delicious!! It was for a birthday at work and everyone loved it!! Nothing was overly sweet and definitely exceeded my standards! I will be back for birthdays, holidays and maybe even when i want a cake just for myself??

Cecilia’s Cake Shop did our wedding cake and our groom’s cake and we were SO pleased. The cake tasting was super easy and fun. The customer service throughout the process was great. They were very kind and responsive over email and made me feel very at ease!! Our cakes were beautiful as well!!

I love Cecilia’s Cake Shop and have tried several of their cakes and flavors and they never disappoint! I recently worked with them to design a birthday cake for my daughter’s first birthday party and it was executed perfectly. We did a hummingbird cake to match our tropical theme. I wanted to finish it with fresh flowers myself and they set it up so I could do so! As a creative person I want to DIY everything myself but as a working Mom, Cecelia’s lets me be part of the creative process while still being present with my family during and around special occasions.

Hate to leave a bad review but it was our first time trying Cecilia’s and we were really excited. First, they sent the cake in a box smaller than the height of the cake so the writing on the cake was ruined even before the cake reached home. Then the taste… ?? the inside/sponge part was grainy and crumbly. The icing was super sweet for anyone. You could not taste another flavor beside god awful SUGAR! Nobody ate more than 2 tablespoons from their big slices. My son who normally hogs cakes did not even eat after the first bite. Wish I had ordered a lot cheaper and tastier cake from Publix. Wish I can also get the $37 back that we spent on this horrendous cake. Never ordering again. The cake was the supposed to be the highlight of the event but it actually ruined our special event. It’s still in the fridge almost more than 3/4th left and have no idea what to do with it.

VERY disappointed with the customer service. I ordered a dairy free and gluten free cake over the phone, asking multiple times throughout the phone call that it was gluten free. When I called to see if it was ready, I made sure to ask again if it was gluten free and it was not. The owner started literally YELLING at me, telling me no one told me it was gluten free and was very rude. I asked for a refund and is refusing to do so. I paid $35 for this cake. I have called the shop multiple times and they will not return my call to refund me. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

We really hate to leave a less than stellar review because past Cecelia's cakes have been a total hit, but I'm afraid the caramel cake we got last week wasn't as well received. We never got a caramel cake here before, and don't know what theirs is supposed to look like inside, but the one we got had a giant bolus of super sweet icing in the center. It was just a bit too much cloying sweet for our crowd and nobody could finish a whole piece. There was lots of icing left behind. We'll still come back to Cecelia's again - just not for caramel cake.

My brother always loved my wedding cake that was made in 2009 by Cecilia’s Cake shop! I was able to surprise him with one of his own for his wedding. Everyone thought his purple hombre cake was so elegant. Then they were shocked that the cake was so moist and flavorful. Thank you so much for making my request magical!
May have been one of the worst cakes I've ever had. It was dry, no taste and to top it off, found an egg shell in the cake. Only reason I gave it any stars was that they delivered on time. But I won't go back.

I have ordered a number of cakes from Cecilia's throughout the years, the most recent being a little over two weeks ago on May 6. I have never gotten any cake from Cecilia's that's not absolutely delicious and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. My favorites are the Italian Creme, Tres Leche and Spanish lemon, but I like them all.
