It's ridiculous that you have to pull to a specific window for app orders. The person has to struggle to reach out to give you the food if you have no passenger to grab it. Also, it makes no sense that the fries are ALWAYS hotter than the burger. The wait time is atrocious. Waiting over 30 minutes to get food from this place is crazy. Just had lunch there, with my son, after his surgery. The food and service was fine. Today, a friend witnessed employees refusing service to a uniformed police officer, so I guess Thursday was my last visit.
