The amount of times I have been to this Chick-fil-A is almost a million times. I always come here. I love their healthy options such as a Cobb Salad. And Chick-fil-A workers are always the nicest people I have ever met. I have no problem paying their prices because the employees always make me feel important and appreciated…. So why did I rate this place so low? BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEE WAS RUDE TO ME TONIGHT AND THEY DID NOT HAVE A SINGLE THING I WANTED. I ordered a cobb salad, and was immediately told they did not have salads. I was there three hours before they were closed, so please tell me why I could not order a salad. I then ordered a wrap instead, but they also did not have that. So the two items I wanted were not available. And the girl who was helping me, did not see an issue with this. Usually Chick-fil-A employees go above and beyond, but she didn’t even suggest other options to me. I’m really frustrated, this company usually is very helpful and would never do something like this. I’m very disappointed, and probably will never come back to this location again.

I've never had chic fil a so bad as this one. The chicken is ALWAYS "stale" with little to zero breading. And the Fries never have any salt, sometimes taste like they've been sitting out for a long time.Ive eaten here a lot, very often. And I cannot stand how subpar this one is compared to the others surrounding it!Worst chic fil a I've ever eaten every time!!The people are super awesome however. Customer service is top notch. But the food is so bad every single time!Parking: Used to be a burger king right next to it, that burger king is now used as parking for the chic fil a.

Making paying customers feel like criminals is not OK. I understand that mobile orders might lead to theft problems, but having a big, burly guy snatch the bag of food that *I paid for* away from me and quiz me on the last name of the order is insane. Especially after the events of the last week, what if I wasn’t comfortable doing that, especially not giving those details to a massive man? Gross, weird, and unprofessional.

got the deluxe chicken sandwich and it was genuinely the best chicken sandwich i’ve ever hadDietary restrictions: they have gluten free buns available.
This place has a parking lot that reminds me of playing frogger as a child.... definitely dangerous, but they try their hardest to make up for it with their great customer service.
I am so disappointed because my daughter and I eat breakfast every morning, but here lately we have been getting bad services, we don't have our complete order during breakfast and our dinner. We pay too much money out to be getting unsatisfied service. We be missing the toppings for her yogurt and toppings for our salad and there's no way I will drive back 15 minutes after getting home. What ever maybe going on stop and take time in getting people order correct.

Chick Fil a is my go to spot but lately every time I order a fruit cup (this one is a medium) they are never full and if they are it’s full of apples with a few pieces of strawberries, mandarin oranges, and blueberries. You pay an arm and a leg for this fruit cup and all you get is a half full cup. Let’s not forget the salads. I’m a big fan of the market salad but I’m so tired of paying for a salad that comes with hardly anything in the it. So disappointing!
