I went in to get a doordash order I could not get any employee to speak to me to find out who's order I needed the manager Kathy was standing in the lobby talking to a man small talk so I walked up and asked her about getting someone's attention for my order and she told me rudely that they are making it which I know she wouldn't have known because she had not been in the back yet she had been talking to this man the whole time I was there and then proceeded to tell me that she wasn't going to be jumping for anyone but the order would be ready whenever it got ready but yet the employees were able to take care of and talk to a customer who walked in to eat in very very rude manager

I got a chicken bowl to go. Mind you, I frequent this Chipotle and the one off of Epps, but this one is closer to work. The servings of chicken and beans were very lite. Tonight's bowl was the worst I have had in years! The chicken had zero flavor and the peppers and onions were raw. There was something else that was off about the flavor but I could not eat any more than about a quarter of the bowl. Gross. Sticking with the Epps location if I go back anytime soon at all.

I ordered a bowl they accidentally charged me for two of them, which was okay, but instead of giving me a refund they gave me a number to call??? Also every time I have ordered takeout it’s been wrong.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This location is always out of their most basic options. Chicken, steak, rice, cheese, fajita vegetables. I’ve experienced this mid-day, in the evening, and at night. There really is no excuse to constantly deal with stock issues and remain open. The servings are always small too. Manage your operations, get new management, or close. Complete rip off. The ONLY reason I decided to order was because the other Tex Mex option was closed and I wanted something relatively healthy. I’d suggest hitting the other Tex Mex spot on Baxter if I were you, trust me. Better service and bang for your buck.

If you order online, be prepared to still wait in line to get your food. The crew doesn't place the mobile orders in the proper location, but has you wait in line to pick it up. The first time I went not at a busy hour, they forgot my drink and a side order of tortillas. Now the food on the other hand was pretty good and I'd recommend eating it again but not inside as there were empty bags laying on tables when I went inside.Vegetarian options: "Super bowls"Parking: It's just hard to get out of and not many parking spots.

I understand it’s a college town but there should be no reason that I ordered an hour before close and they waited until the last minute before they closed to cancel my order along with make my DoorDash driver wait 20 minutes & lose money. If they had cancelled earlier, we could have ordered somewhere else. Instead, they inconvenienced everyone involved.

I love Chipotle. I eat it at least once a week. But this specific location absolutely sucks. They are constantly "out" of several ingredients hours before they close. I think they are lazy and don't want to make more. This week they said they were out of cheese and the girl behind me in line was like oh well I ordered a quesadilla online and the employee was like oh ok and the girl elaborated by saying she didn't want it if it didn't have cheese and the employee wasn't really giving a response. So....they do have cheese they just don't want to prep it for the line. They are rude when they are out of ingredients and also are incredibly sloppy when making the food on the line. It's a matter of taking a few extra seconds to actually put the food into the bowl instead of just throwing it around, so I don't understand. The other Athens location Chipotle is awesome but this one is actually the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Employees are not friendly at all, act so inconvenienced by me being there and have the worst work ethic and attitude ever. The place is also constantly dirty.
