Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The guy making the tacos rushed me every step of the way and messed up both of my orders and the woman behind me’s order as a result. He then blamed me for his mistakes before mashing all my wife’s tacos into a single foil leaving her a soggy pile of slop. I will never come back to this location.

I’m so disappointed we come in so often but every single time we come in with this one girl working she has been so rude she wears a collard shirt and we come in at around 9 on the weekends and one guy yelled the f word cause he messed something up I am so upset and I hope people don’t do dine in worse customer service I have ever had will never come again to this location

I ordered through the chipotle app and asked me double rice and extra cheese. I open my bowl and it looks as if somebody ate half of it. Worse experience ever wouldn’t recommend this location.

Chipotle has had a really bad reputation of skimping out on food. Here they do not. Even when I order through the app, they fill up my bowl very nicely and I always have leftovers. I am actually pretty impressed that they even put that much food in my bowl. Maybe managers aren't so happy, but I've always been happy with portions here at Chipotle. However, sometimes they don't cut up their vegetables enough and so you get big chunks of onion. That's okay because I'm getting more vegetables but I do see it as a slight problem. Also, the prices here are reasonable compared to other Chipotles which is nice. I always recommend a chicken bowl with all the free extras. Always ask for extra rice and vegetables. The staff here are pretty nice as well.Vegetarian options: There are very good vegetarian options and they keep their vegetarian stuff separate and cook it separately which is really niceDietary restrictions: There are vegan options availableWheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking

This is for the blonde white girl working 2/15/24 Friday at 6pm who struggles to do her job :) Every Uber eats pick up order has gone to the shelf at the PICK UP drive thru window. Maybe things changed, I was unaware. Your attitude is terrible, and if you are miserable working in food at that salary I promise you can find a better job elsewhere, otherwise, watch how you talk to people. I am not the one, but even I can show grace regardless of working 60 hour weeks underpaid UNLIKE YOU. All I’m say is, the other shelf is right by the window too and you could’ve walked two feet. I have 3 broken toes. Maybe you must be disabled too but either way WATCH that attitude

Every Chipotle must start their shift by putting an IED in a bag of chips with toppings and setting it off in the dining area. Aside from no one tending to the cleanliness of the lobby, the bathrooms were pretty clean, service was good especially the lady with the nose ring and tats that was cashier, Food was really good and actually hot (I've gotten cold food from the Alps location. That place needs help).
Good food for if you are alone.You can not hear your friend talk to you unless y'all are outside or she is a loud talker anyway.

Went here for very first time. They did not have as many toppings etc. to chose from as some of the other places. The portions were a tad small compared to a couple other places along these same lines. You could not use your chips as a basis for nachos. My chicken bowl and my daughters steak bowl had a very good taste though. The workers were attentive and friendly.
