Charles has really stepped up over the years. I haven't been here in a long time and it's changed a lot. Very updated, bright, and clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. I was very glad that there's a stamp system for making sure people don't walk out with the wrong kids. There were 3 parties at the same time, but I felt relatively comfortable about my kids running around separately. I do recommend parties here.

My First time EVER leaving a review ANYWHERE!!! From the time I walked in the door the girl who stamped our hand had a unwelcoming look on her face never said a word jus staring at me I was confused as to if she going to stamp my 2 year old or jus give me a sticker with a stamp… Get to counter different girl same attitude, never said anything. My guest arrived an mention the same thing…. After placing her order she over heard the girl say “F this place and F you too” she was Shocked because the manger was standing right there and said he didn’t hear her….Now I’m upset so I speak with the manger personally & he said the girl says she didn’t say it…. Being that we are here with the kids and they already running around… We are standing there in disbelief!!!! Me and my guest agreed to jus let the kids have a good time and brushed it off for the kids…. The customer service at this place is a disgrace to say the least!! We spent over a $100 for the kids and as adults we left feeling horrible!!! Only positive vibe at this place was a guy named Jayden ? Thank you young man

So impressive with the food, service and the awesome games. It was super clean and everyone was so polite and nice. You could tell the employees love their job and the customers. I was shocked at the food because I thought the pizza would just be ok but to my surprise it was wonderful! We will be back!!!

We went Monday night my family along with my sisters family. Everyone had a blast salad bar was fresh games were updates and nice all worked unlike some arcades. We even talked to Alex manager on duty he went above and beyond to make sure the kids had fun. Monday night was the perfect night wasn’t real busy so kids could play without waiting in line.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!

We celebrated my son’s 6th birthday here. I haven’t celebrated a child’s birthday here in about years. We made a reservation for 2 hours. The reservation was celebrated on an itinerary starting with the children getting unlimited play time, then seated to eat, ticket blaster, and finally birthday show where all children celebrated are recognized and they get to blow out candles. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel accommodated. The manager even personally introduced himself and told us to let him know of any issues. The food was better than I remember too. We all had a blast.
Never have a party in this place,service is horrible.Our child didn't even have happy birthday cake singing because staff was too busy gossiping.When we arrive our birthday table was not clean and set up for our party.

It's Chuck E Cheese so of course you love or hate it. We loved it. The food is better than in the past. The employees were friendly and actually seemed to want to be at work. We had our son's birthday there and it took so much pressure off my wife. CEC does it all part decorating, food, games, goodie bags, and a list from Chuck E himself! Well worth the price. The kids had a blast.

It's ok, not enough games. A few of the games don't work.They took out the jungle gyms that Chuck E. Cheese was known for. Since that is gone and some arcade games don't work. It definitely doesn't feel like a place worth the money anymore.The workers here are amazing though. Very polite, and helpful.
