The employees have come up with a system to aggravate customers. It always happens here. You get to the drive thru and the person taking your order makes you repeat your order about 3 times while talking as quickly as possible (almost belligerent). I think this location should be called Ghetto Girls. I feel sorry for the owner who will eventually go broke letting these fools run their business.

Place stole debit card information and made multiple charges same night. Went in back to copy card info. When you call - you go to corporate HQ for Cook Out and they are not helpful with contacting individual store. Athens Police department contacted.

The night time drive thru is a complete joke. I tried to add a side of fries at the speaker, didn’t hear anything back so I asked at the window. She said sorry can’t do it at the window, I didn’t hear you at the intercom’s. Well that’s not my fault you’re not listening and too busy talking to everyone else. Just rude service all together at night. Go in if possible or just avoid it all together. I waited in line for a good 25 minutes just to not get everything I wanted because she didn’t hear me. Awful!

walked in after a long at work. my 9 year old son wanted cookout, the ladies at that cash register helped my son choose what he wanted. Overall such good service with very kind employees. 10/10 recommend this
Miracle Tariya And Kaiser were absolutely wonderful, I went in with my 90 year old ederly grandmother and Kaiser walked her into a booth and helped her out, miracle and Tariya helped her multiple times getting her things throughout our meal. The food was amazing and the employees were even better ! Best cookout ever !

The employees treat me with high respect. They work hard, as is evident by the speed of service and the eye test. As for the food, you won't find a better value for fast food, and the shakes are unbeatable. If you complain about service here, I guarantee you showed up at 3am like everyone else and couldn't get past the disappointment of other people wanting some too. I've gone all hours, they always work hard and serve me well.Vegetarian options: Fries, coleslaw, fried white cheddar bites, milkshakes, onion rings, you can ask for a cheese quesadilla, etc.Parking: Drive through hugs outside of parking lot. I'd guess at least 30 spots.
