Went in to have ice cream with family. Waiting 10 mins for dude to come from around the back after ringing bell over and over. Half of the ice creams are covered meaning they don't have it AND you can't try the falavor before you so we left and went to Ben and Jerry's where you can try and they are there waiting for you to walk in and serve you. So yeah customer service SUCKS HERE

Ice cream was very freezer burned and tasted terrible. Also did not get all of the toppings I ordered. The ones I got tasted stale. I could only eat 3 bites before I threw it out. This place is also very expensive for what you get. Will not return.
