The food is good but the service is horrible. Have been here twice and both times it has felt like we have been forgotten. Didn’t get silverware either time until we asked. Never recieved biscuits when all other tables had them. I also only recieved two pancakes in my Mamas Pancake breakfast when others at my table recieved the full three.

Ok this is an update. Something has happened at this Cracker Barrel. Had the fish and shrimp Friday combo dinner and the fried chicken split brest light dinner. Outstanding!!! Ate the whole dinner and halfway through, finally came up for air to speak. It was sooooo good! Waitress was super nice. Manager even checked on our opinion about the food. They wowed me and my family…and the price was right! Great comfort country cooking!
Starting off about the food, it was awful. I absolutely love cracker barrel but this location had the worst cook preparing meals. I ordered a very simple meal being chicken and dumplings with one side of turnip greens. They were dry, I could taste the flour in the dumpling, bland as if there was no salt and to top it off there was no chicken. They should have marked off the "chicken" to chicken n dumplings and just put "dumplings". My partner ordered meatloaf with three sides where the mash potatoes were in balls stuck together, the broccoli was not cooked and the meatloaf wasn't tasteful just bland.We ordered our food to go on the website where when we arrived at the restaurant they stated they did not have our order. We provided proof of the text received from placing the order and confirmed the correct location. However, we ended up waiting for 45 minutes on our food after placing it yet again to go; just for us to have an awful meal where we could have had better going through a fast food drive thru.Highly disappointed. Stray away from this location as there is no thought in preparation.

We were im the midst of a update in our kitchen on Easter Sunday and ordered the Cracker Barrel Easter meal. Food was good but, all was refrigerated and had to the heated. It was challenging enough with only the oven and microwave. They were not properly prepared to handle to pick up. We should have been able to pick up the box and go. Our pick up time was 11 am and it took 45 mins. Don’t over commit if you don’t have staff to handle a simple pick up.

Just left this location after a what started as a highly looked forward to trip but quickly turned into subpar.Service was not friendly and server barely said 3 words entire meal. Drinks not refilled. Incorrect items served, completely burned shrimp entree’s for both my fiance and 5 year old and I was never even brought my premium baked potato side. We will not be back to this location unless they have a huge overhaul. Nasty.
