I place orders on the mobile app because I have a 30 minute lunch break and today will be the third time that my order was completely wrong and they want me to drive back to have it fixed which is Something I cannot do since on a 30 minute break! When I call, they always have a different excuse as to why my order is wrong!ATP it’s partly my fault for not checking the bag every time I place an order!

All the food tastes the same so i only go for blizzards and icecream. But my blizzard on dec 17 was liquid with flosting chunks of cookiedough. Sad 7 bucks right

Don't dare go inside. For some reason the service inside is super slow moving. And my ice cream was hLf melted. Just wanted to get out of there. My kids patiently waiting is the only reason I didn't lose it.

Stopped in for a quick come. Service was fast and the gentleman behind the cash register was pleasant and professional. He placed the order and didn't even wait for the guys in the back to get it. He went and brought it to me. Thank you
Went on my lunch hour and they only had one girl working the cash register and she was trying to also work drive thru all by herself.?. I had to go find my order at the cooks pickup window.

We came in for national ice cream cake day. The size we wanted wasn't in the refrigerator. We asked if they had one in back possibly, and within ten minutes, we received a beautifully decorated Yummy cake. Super friendly and wonderful service from the employees.

I ordered 4 chili dogs with extra onions and a large fry. I also tried to order a kids meal the girl could not understand what I wanted. Got home there was only three chili dogs that had cheese on them which I did not order. They were supposed to be 2 a $6.00 I got charged 3.99 per hotdog. Terrible will never go back. It wouldn’t let me post unless I put a star on each one. However I didn’t want to choose any stars.
