Buyer beware. Very unprofessional establishment. First time I have ever attempted to eat at this establishment and will never return. Not to mention that I left before they started my burrito. One gentleman greeted me very professionally and I ordered a burrito. Some joker next to him after I asked for a wheat tortilla said "we are out". The guy that waited on me ignored him and warmed my shell. He asked what meat and I said chicken and the joker next to him said they only had lamb. I told him I didn't get his humor and he never apologized. Therefore I left.

Food wasn't even warm to touch. Ingredients didn't appear very fresh. Two stars for the employee who helped me, he was very nice, otherwise it would be one star. Chips tasted stale, queso was cold as well. I won't be back

BE AWARE: masks are not worn by all employees here! I just went for dinner and a woman went to help me at the food line with no mask and only donned gloves. When I asked her about it, she went to the back to "prep" still with no mask and another employee came to help me. If you're concerned about getting covid, do NOT eat here.Granted, the food is good. That's the only reason I gave 2 stars is because of that and the second employee to help me was extremely kind.

This was my first time at Diablo's. I liked it. I got a Beef Keto Bowl and loved it. Next time I will try the Chicken. The chips and salsa were good. I enjoyed the nice open clean dinning area to eat in. The service was good and friendly. I will be back.

After placing a $45.00 takeout order at the Athens location located at 1791 Oconee Connector, Suite 560, for a small gathering, 3 weeks ago, we found the order was completely wrong when arriving home. I requested a Steak Taco Bar for 4 with 2 side bowl orders of Queso dip. We received six bags of chips, steak, cheese, salsa and 2 bowls of dip. I called immediately and explained the problem and that I do not live close by so going back them was not an option. I further advised we could make do but this was no where close to our order but I had no choice but to work around it. I was told they realized the order was not correct and that my name was being written down and when I came back my order would be replaced at no change do to my inconvenience. We went ahead and ordered pizza for the group and used the items supplied as a dip. Today, I call because the same 4 people are getting together again this evening and I was planning on trying Diablo's again. Well I was told after being bounced between two people that I was only promised 50% off my replacement order not free replacement. I do not have time to be arguing over poor customer service or poor management or misinformation. After the service and treatment I received I will never deal with Diablo's and will be sure to express to everyone my the poor experience I had to deal with,.Lastly, I had to resort to using Yelp for my complaint because the telephone number listed as corporate telephone number is actually one of your restaurants. Furthermore, no one at your Grovetown location, which I was told handled customer complaints, was available to assist me.

Used to love this place but after today I will never return. Not ONE employee was wearing a mask and there were absolutely no COVID-19 precautions taken. The girl messily put my nachos together and acted like she did not know what she was doing. I asked her why they don’t wear masks, and she replies “I don’t know, this is my first day.” My food is bad because she was poorly trained, I felt unsafe because no one was wearing masks, and the place was a mess. Very disappointed.
It is very rare for me to write reviews like this, especially having worked food service for many years. However, Diablo’s Southwest Grill had the worst food I’ve eaten in at least 9 years. It tasted like nothing. Literally nothing. At first I was concerned that I had contracted the Novel Coronavirus, but in fact I just learned that there was literally no flavor to be found anywhere in the restaurant. The staff was very kind and the establishment was clean. Despite this, if Diablo is southwest, I beg you to go northeast.

I've been here a few times and it's been pretty good. But today you can tell a big difference in the wrong direction. After several minutes of waiting for the team behind the counter to reappear from the back I placed my order. She then proceeded to make three to go orders and ignore me. After watching her stick new food on the three trays before mine that were absolutely filthy with leftover food and salsa I started looking for a health score. I didn't see it and then proceeded to watch her put her hands in each of those orders she was making instead of mine (I was the only person in line so those to go orders could have definitely waited 2 minutes). I proceeded to ask the girl to cancel my order and she stared at me as if she was going to throw something across the counter at me. Management, you're better then this. Hire a team that actually cares about your brand and your customers.

Quality of the food has dropped significantly since COVID. I got a burrito bowl but the steak has terrible. The associates replaced it, but the chicken was horrible too. Rice was watery and everything was extremely bland. Not the experience I am used to. I won't be back for a long time.
